Ottimo soggiorno
The roof top floor has the nice view of Pyramids.
Our room was not completed, neither the building itself.
In the midnight it was out of electricity and it was very very hot, and workers started the job in very early morning, so we couldn’t sleep well.
The hotel doesn’t have sound proof effect on the building at all and it was very noisy.
Flies come into our room very often, we didn’t know from where they come.
The stairs were very dirty.
The rooms were nice, clean and renovated.
The foreseen services were most of the times late and not very well organised.
Great view of pyramids
Excellent value for money & helpful staff.
Wifi connection coverage was a bit less, but i overall felt everywhere so its not property issue it seems.
The view from the rooftop was amazing and the dinner that we took the last day was big and pretty good.
The bed had one cover without a cover sheet in between it and the down sheet so obviously everyone that came at this hotel had a body contact with the same cover so that's not clean also the towels seemed used since one of them was hanging in the bathroom when we arrived so we asked for new ones. The bed completely broke down from one side the third day. Also too much noise from the road. Breakfast was minimal.
Like: Abdul who made the stay extremely welcoming. He runs the kitchen and helps wherever he can. I booked the breakfast and dinner option and he really went all out as much as he could to make every meal enjoyable.
He definitely deserves a raise!
Dislike: the lift was constantly malfunctioning so if you needed to go to the 8th floor for a meal, you’d have to walk up.
The facilities in the room were falling apart and seemed dirty.
WiFi on the 3rd floor does not work at all.
New boutique hotel in Giza close to Giza Pyramids and offering a stunning view, the rooftop is very comfortable, serving a delicious dinner enjoying the Pyramids spectacle. The staff is helpful and careful. Best breakfast with a view, both Continental and Arabian. Safe area, well located close to restaurants and shops. Great value for money, we'll come back!
Rooms are new and have been not completely furnished yet, still need to finish some common areas as well, there's nothing missed but few details.
The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the reception staff were friendly.
We understand it’s a new hotel but they need to be a little detail oriented and precise.
The internet did not work the entire time we were there. We were told the breakfast would start at 8am, which is late for a city where you have to start early to see things, and we planned our tours around it. When we went up in the morning and tried to sit down in the shade, they forced us to go up yet again, to the second terrace, where there was no shading whatsoever, under the intense egyptian sun. We saw the open buffet-like setting in the first terrace and went down to get things. They told us it was not for us and our breakfast is separate, because, apparently, “breakfast included” means you get the cheap breakfast. We had to wait for 40 minutes for a handful of tasteless carbs, super low quality salami and a paper thin slice of cheese per person. We had to argue every 5 minutes to get those and they kept saying “5 more minutes” until we literally had 5 minutes to eat everything and meet our tour guide, and we could only eat a tiny bit. We couldn’t even drink coffee. We had to eat protein bars that we bought in a gas station instead of the breakfast we actually paid for beforehand. Ridiculous.
Same with the dinner; they told us it would start at 8 so instead of waiting and possibly eating bad food at 8pm, we went to a nearby restaurant and had a huge and delicious meal and after that we didn’t bother eating at the hotel again. A waste of money.
They don’t have amenities in the rooms. A small bottle of shampoo and body wash would go a long way. There was no hair dryer either. But the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfy, literal saving grace.
The staff at the reception were always friendly and they tried to help anyway they can. But if you demand cash for the services you provide, you have to have the change and yes, we couldn’t get our change back. They also don’t charge anything to your room, you have to pay cash, right away. At least accept credit cards.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great view of the Pyramids from our bedroom window. Fabulous views from the rooftop restaurant.
There are not a lot of restaurants or shops in the area. Also, it was very noisy all day and all night. With the constant car horns honking and people talking and yelling, it was difficult to get much sleep. It actually sounded like we had our window wide open, but it wasn't. It was closed tight. Also woke up our first morning to no electricity on our whole floor but was fixed right away.
