Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The restaurant was a disaster. The plates were dirty, so we were forced to eat from plastic plates instead. One entire day there was no electricity, no water, and no power at all. We were left without any proper assistance.

There were flies everywhere, making it impossible to enjoy any meal. The bathrooms were constantly flooded, the toilets wouldn’t flush, and the smell was unbearable.

To make things even worse, on the first day we arrived, our pillow had blood stains on it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of hygiene.

The cleanliness standards are non-existent, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the overall experience was beyond disappointing.

Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations
Pros:

A very special thank you to the restaurant chef for preparing such an outstanding variety of delicious, fresh, and high-quality meals every day. Every dish was made with care and passion, making every dining experience truly enjoyable.

What impressed me the most was the incredible hospitality of the entire hotel team. Every single staff member made me feel like I was the owner of the place rather than just a guest staying for a few days. Their kindness, professionalism, warm smiles, and genuine care created an unforgettable experience.

Cons:

If I could suggest two small improvements, they would be to expand the gym facilities, as the gym is quite small, and to offer a wider variety of snacks. Everything else was absolutely outstanding.

الطاقم متعاون و علي قدر كبير من الاحترام بقيادة المايسترو ا. محمد بسيوني مدير الفندق و الذي كان متواجدا طوال الوقت للعمل علي حل مشكلات النزلاء بنفسه
الطعام المقدم اكثر من رائع من حيث الطعم و الجودة و يدل ان الفندق لديه شيفات محترفين
خدمة الواي فاي متوفرة في كل مكان بالفندق حتي داخل غرف النزلاء
الشاطئ جيد و محاط عليه من الخارج لمنع دخول الاسماك المتوحشة الي منطقة السباحة
مكان جيد للاسر و العائلات

الفندق فقط ينقصه عمل عروض مسائية علي البسين حيث أنه سيكون شيئ ممتع و محبب للاطفال
