velmi pekne zrealizovany compound, celkovy dojem velmi krasny, jednotlive budovy velmi pekne v prijemnych farbach, pekne vyhlady z izieb aj na more, krasny velky hlavny bazen, cisty, a okrem tohoto este dalsie 3 male, krasne prostredie popri hlavnej uličke cez rezidenciu, krasna plaz bola len par krokov od ubytovania, sluzby taktiez vynikajuce, restauracia pekna, bolo v nej cisto, personal je starostlivy, velmi mily a velmi prijemny, ochotny, priatelsky, usmievavy, pristup profesionalny, vobec nie dotieravy, jedlo bolo velmi chutne, clovek si vzdy mal co vybrat, aj mäso, aj zelenina, pasta, aj koláčiky, ovocie, pečivo, a hlavne sme sa tam citili so syncekom velmi dobre a bezpecne, pretoze cely objekt rezidencie je strazeny, onedlho sa sem urcite vratime znova 🫶🩷

len 1 jedina vec, ze akurat uz skoncila zmluva s dohodnutou plazou, ktora bola k pobytu pre hosti, a dalsia spolupraca je zatial este len v rieseni, ale ked sa to doriesi, a plaz bude opäť dostupna k pobytu pre hosti tak potom uz nebude nic k vytknutiu 😊

Pros:

Le personnel est super, très présents et souriants, le personnel de menage des chambre nous a toujours rendu service et etaut capable de nous faire une belle chambre tous les matins 🥰 (sejour de 10j) La résidence est très calme et pratique, très jolie.
Le prix pour la chambre et le buffet 3 fois par jour + collation a la piscine l'après midi est très raisonnable merci !

Cons:

Pas de plage 😭 et le matériel parfois reste a revoir, frigo qui ne ferme pas (pas utilisable, le jet des toilettes qui fuie (salle de bain tout le temps trempé), la porte de notre chambre a bipé pour manque de batterie je pense toute la nuit bous avons du insisté pour avoir une autre chambre car impossible de dormir 🙄

Un de mes meilleurs séjours à l’étranger.
Pros:

Tout était parfait.
Un petit défaut d’organisation suite à l’arrivée d’un groupe mais une fois installés dans la chambre réservée, vraiment rien à redire, vue sur la mer !
Services impeccable, gentillesse des personnels…

Мы отдыхали в Al Dora Residence Suites Hurghada 9 дней большой компанией — три семьи, 6 взрослых и маленький ребёнок. От отдыха остались самые тёплые и приятные впечатления.
Изначально мы забронировали разные номера, но по нашей просьбе администрация отеля пошла нам навстречу и разместила нас вместе в роскошных трёхкомнатных апартаментах. Это было просто великолепно: огромный холл около 75 м², а каждая из комнат — примерно по 50 м². Апартаменты очень просторные и комфортные, с большим балконом и полноценной кухней. В каждой комнате и в холле установлены большие плоские телевизоры, что было очень удобно для нашей большой компании.
Также приятно удивил очень хороший Wi-Fi — роутер находился прямо в апартаментах, поэтому интернет работал быстро и стабильно. Отдельно хочется отметить, что за переселение в такие большие апартаменты мы ничего дополнительно не доплачивали, что было очень приятно.
Питание в отеле отличное — всё очень вкусно и разнообразно, блюда практически не повторялись, каждый день появлялось что-то новое. Единственный минус, в отеле нет спиртного, но через дорогу в баре, продаются все напитки.
Персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. В отеле тихая, спокойная и уютная атмосфера, идеально подходящая для семейного отдыха.
Мы прекрасно провели время и искренне благодарны всему персоналу за заботу и тёплый приём. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым! 🌴☀️
