NIce hostel close to everything in town
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in quiet part of town. The street is really safe and it is located below the start of the hill so it is easy to walk from here all over town. The owners are amazing and live on the premises so there is always someone there 24h a day should you need it. There is no official kitchen but we could use the fridge to store drinks and small things for breakfast. It is the same kitchen used by the restaurant, which is only open for dinner.
The parking is interesting as the parking space is the same space that the restaurant uses for seating. Our motorcycles fit there easily and we did not have to move them even ones, but if you come with a car you may need to move it during your stay depending on the size of the car and how many there are.

Cons:

The electric shower head did not work very well. The water sometimes became a little warmer but you cannot have what I would call a hot shower here. There are also no curtains so you have to close the window-shutters at night, which means you cannot keep the windows open and the room got pretty hot.

Me pareció muy cómoda la habitación y el servicio en general. Me volvería a hospedar en la Gaitana.

Cons:

Mucho ruido por los huéspedes desde temprano hasta finalizar el día. Sería pertinente mejorar esa parte.

Pros:

The owners, Adriana and Diego provided me with the assistance I needed to have an excellent tour of the world heritage sites I wished to visit. They gave me advice if needed.
My stay was very comfortable.
I was able to wash my clothes and dry them myself.
The location was central.

Cons:

The shower needed careful adjusting to obtain hot water, but was satisfactory.

Perfect place!
Pros:

Wonderful place very near the centre of town. Room with smart TV. Super friendly manager helped me while I was sick when I was there. Thank you!

Exceptional
Pros:

Super clean and secure parking. The hotel is well run and a comfortable place to stay for a few days. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square. There are views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel.
