أربع ليالٍ كانت كافية لأخرج بانطباعٍ لا يُقال فيه إلا: *هذا فندق يعرف معنى الضيافة*.
ما يميّز المكان ليس جماله أو موقعه فحسب، وإنما *الروح التي تقف خلفه*؛ إدارة تعرف قيمة النزيل، وموظفون يجمعون بين المهنية والأخلاق وحسن المعشر.
كل الشكر والتقدير لـ *ماهر، وعماد، ولاء، أمل، ، فريده*؛ أسماء أذكرها تحديدًا لأنهم لم يؤدوا عملهم فحسب، بل تركوا أثرًا طيبًا لا يُنسى. ابتسامة صادقة، احترام رفيع، واستعداد دائم لخدمة النزيل.
النظافة على مستوى يليق، والطعام والإفطار بجودة وتنوع واهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل، أما *الموقع فهو استثنائي*؛ في قلب العاصمة، وأمام جامع الفتح مباشرة، وقريب من كل ما يحتاجه الزائر. موقع يجمع الراحة والمكانة وسهولة الوصول.
والحقيقة أن الفنادق كثيرة، لكن *القليل منها يجعلك تغادر وأنت تشعر أنك كنت ضيفًا لا رقمًا في سجل الحجوزات*.
شكرًا لإدارة الفندق ولكل من كان خلف هذه التجربة الراقية.

Tamaño de la habitación. Instalaciones nuevas
Falta de organización. Se saltan hacer una habitación, y en toda la tarde no la hacen
Habitaciones amplias y nuevas.
Poca organización. Se dejaban las habitaciones sin hacer, no las hacian al pedirselo...nos hicieron cambiar una habitación sin motivo (algo "grave" comentaron en inglés)

Nothing, all is great.
Personnel accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon et l’hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir Tunis. J’ai également apprécié le calme de l’établissement.
La douche se bouchait régulièrement et les environs de l’hôtel ne sont pas très beaux. En dehors de cela, le séjour s’est bien passé.

The hotel is beautiful, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The reception staff are very kind and friendly. The location is excellent, and the internet connection is fast. I would recommend staying at this hotel without the breakfast option.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment. There were many items available, but at the same time, there was very little that was enjoyable. Many of the items seemed old and were poorly prepared, which made the experience quite disappointing.
The TV does not offer any international channels, which is something you would expect from a hotel with international standards.
