good but with some flaws
Pros:

- Room was good
- Staff were extremely welcoming
- hotel layout was decent

Cons:

- breakfast choices very limited
- paid for parking but when we got back at night, it was shut
- location a bit away from central
- my shower started flooding

Pros:

Konumu harika. Otelin tam karşısında tramvay durağı var. Ayrıca her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tek hayal kırıklığımız kahvaltı oldu. Biz açık büfe kahvaltı bekliyorduk fakat son gün hariç continental kahvaltı verildi. Bunun haricinde temizlik ve rahatlık bakımından harika. Ayrıca son gün ücretsiz şekilde valizlerimizi 6 saat boyunca muhafaza ettiler

Pros:

L'emplacement était en plein centre ville,
le personnel est vraiment a l'image du peuple, chaleureux bienveillant disponible et volontaire. Le ménage se fait a tout moment et même après 15h. La chambre est grande douche et toilettes séparée.c'était formidable

Cons:

Seul bemol (ca c'est parce que c'est moi) les rideaux ça manquait un peu de voilage derrière pour rendre hermétique le soleil... Je suis photosensible, donc la lumière du matin me gênait un peu.

Excellent stay — friendly staff, great location, and a comfortable experience throughout.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel with our family during our holiday abroad and had a really lovely stay. The location was great, very close to the old town, so it was easy to walk everywhere and explore. The staff were all so friendly and helpful — they helped us book restaurants for dinner, gave us great recommendations, suggested the best taxi app to use, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was really good too. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 5-star experience and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing — everything was great and we had a really enjoyable stay.

Satisfaits ! Bonne localisation, trés bons petits-déjeuners, très variés et excellent café!
Cons:

Il était difficile de regarder la télévision, car l’image se figeait fréquemment. De plus, les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées.

Pros:

L'emplacement au coeur de Tunis dans un quartier très animé est parfait pour arpenter la ville à pied et découvrir le vrai Tunis. Le personnel est discret et à notre entière disposition à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit. La chambre est calme, spacieuse, luxueuse, propre. Elle n'a pas de balcon, mais la petite terrasse au premier étage de l'hôtel est très agréable pour prendre le soleil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, très varié et très bon, le restaurant propose à toute heure quelques plats qualitatifs, à un prix abordable. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement.

Cons:

Pour atteindre la perfection, manque un jacuzzi et/ou un hammam et/ou une piscine. Work in progress si l'on en croit le personnel. En effet, la signalétique dans le hall d'accueil indique la présence d'un hammam, mais depuis ma dernière visite en juillet 2025, le chantier n'a pas avancé.

Pros:

Hôtel récent. Chambre très confortable et bien équipé, literie de qualité. WC séparé de la salle de douche. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Bien que proche de l'avenue de Paris, l'environnement de l'hôtel est dans un triste état (trottoirs défoncés, bâtiments délabrés...)
L'hammam ne fonctionne toujours pas. Les petites fenêtres de la chambre donnent l'impression d'être dans un bunker, et si regarde on ne voit que des immeubles délabrés à l'extrême.
Pas d'alcool au restaurant et bar de l'hôtel. Pourtant un hôtel international !
