amazing location and great access - easy to come and go and apartment had everything we needed.
Pros:

amazing views and great a well appointed space, full kitchen and laundry was awesome to have.

Cons:

shower was a little dated and beds were quite firm

Good location, close to Viaduct, and not too far from Sky Tower

Cons:

no air-conditioning in room. Bed only had 2x pillows on it that we had to make do between the both of us. Bed is uncomfortable, this is the second time we have stayed here, first time in a cheaper room was better than this more expensive room that had a balcony. Not sure if I would be back again.

Pros:

The rooms were a good size and the property was well located a short walk to Britomart. Good value and I didn't experience the issues others had with small car parks but we were on the upper parking level.

Pros:

The building itself is pretty. The staff were very helpful with issues and very friendly.

Cons:

We were, unfortunately, a bit disappointed by our stay. The bathroom was very dusty in parts, which made it seem as if the room hadn't been cleaned recently or properly. The water pressure in the shower was also very low every time we used it.
The apartment was very noisy in general. There was a very loud fridge and (I assume) an AC unit for another apartment (as our apartment didn't have AC), which was very loud even with closed windows. This, in combination with the general noise from outside that wasn't lowered by closing the windows and the curtains that let a lot of light in, made it difficult for us to sleep.
