Pros:

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They knew the area well and have us great suggestions about food and transport. We arrived much earlier than expected and another person staying at the apartments. Let us into the lobby. When the manager arrived she greeted us. When she opened the reception she was welcoming and happily stored our bags. She even got our room cleaned earlier and for a small fee got us in so we could get in earlier.

Cons:

The Hills! The motel was a bit of a walk. That being said Auckland is all about the hills.

Excellent quiet apartment
Pros:

Very quiet, spacious and clean. The Nespresso machine was a nice detail. Walking distance to everything I needed to do. Very good value for money, and the receptionist was great - I had to stay an extra night and short notice and she made it simple and easy.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The location was very good with location being cbd auckland and really handy just off the motorway. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful

Cons:

Car park was very tight to get in and out of, definitely not comfortable for a unconfident driver, the shower was missing all its trays for putting shampoo etc on and the water pressure was below average.

Value for money, easy enough to walk to many main attractions.

Cons:

Parking was an issue. We didnt pre book so when we arrived there was no room for us so had to find a park on street and which was a bit difficult

Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely building. Our room had everything that we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Very spacious feel with high ceilings and decorated nicely. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed the room and hotel
