Every things are good but the breakfast needs a bit improvement.

Pros:

The room is clean and modern. We stayed for 7 nights in good comfort. The hotel provides good value overall but the description is not very accurate. It is located no where near to Beijing Lu but in a very local neighbourhood of Yuexiu district. Personally I prefer this over the crowded and loud Beijing Lu as we get a real taste of Guangzhou with numerous great local eateries around.
Easiest way to get around is via Didi.

Cons:

Inaccuracies in hotel description in terms of location and availability of washing machine in room.
There is a self laundry (only 2 machines) area on the 12th floor. There is no mini fridge in the rooms.

Cons:

Грязь, продали как улучшенный номер, это обман- все номера одинаковые. Прокуренные, с очень неудобной кроватью, адрес на карте не соответствует реальности. Ни разу таксист не смог привести правильно, останавливался чтобы позвонить, готовьтесь переплачивать за поиски отеля. Грязь жуткая, ни разу за 5 дней не помыли полы и не подмели.
Завтрак отдельный ад, вонь и липкие столы, кроме яиц невозможно ничего есть.
В номере туалет не имеет плотной двери, так что вдвоем в номере очень некомфортно и вода в ванной не уходить, а переливается через край в туалет.
Сейф и холодильник надо просить на ресепшен, нам принесли и поставили на пол. Сами все включили,
Никогда в эту сеть отелей не приеду и никому не советую!!!!
