Abbiamo preso una camera per tre, ma solo due letti erano fatti e dati solo due asciugamani. Dopo la nostra richiesta, siamo tornati la sera e nulla era stato fatto, abbiamo dovuto richiedere ancora e poi ci sono state date lenzuola macchiate!

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et une grande bienveillance. Du portier à la réception, en passant par tout le personnel, chacun a été attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider.

Une mention toute particulière à Ava, notre femme de chambre, qui a été exceptionnelle : toujours souriante, professionnelle et aux petits soins. Grâce à elle, notre chambre était impeccable chaque jour. Un grand merci également au cuisinier qui préparait les omelettes et les pancakes chaque matin, toujours avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse.

Toute l'équipe a su s'adapter à notre famille avec beaucoup de disponibilité et de bienveillance. Pour notre première fois en Égypte, nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l'envie de revenir.

Merci à tous pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The team, the guy Eslam on the reception was really amazing, also Mohra was nice and supportive

Cons:

I jad a problem with the AC as it has a high noise, thankfully the team exchange the room, and offered me maintenance, so I think the hotel management should take this seriously, hotel location is really good, tha staff is amazing, so please consider my constructive feedback, and for sure i will. Come back one day to this hotel
