مكان الإقامة كموقع ممتاز جداً لكن العفش يحتاج لتجديد بعض الشيء .. اما فيما يخص الموظفين فهما اللي يكملو اي نواقص مككن اكون شفتها بالمكان وهما اللي ممكن يخلوني اعيد التجربة في نفس المكان لانهم محترفين جدا ومتعاونين جداً واخص بالذكر الاخ ( إسلام ) اللي حيكون سبب من اسباب عودتي للفندق مرة اخرى في المستقبل

Pros:

Un'attenzione da parte di tutto lo staff incredibile, dai portinai, alla reception, agli addetti delle pulizie.
Hotel magnifico, camera bellissima.
Colazione varia e deliziosa, i camerieri eccezionali e di una professionalità incredibile.
Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante al decimo piano, cibo buonissimo e atmosfera meravigliosa.
Un ringraziamento speciale ai camerieri del ristorante per il trattamento ricevuto durante la cena.

Cons:

Le bruit!!! Aucune insonorisation, les klaxons et le bruit des voitures jusqu’à 5h du matin!! C’était horrible!! Le minimum c’est de mettre du double vitrage! Vraiment déçue, je n’ai pas pu dormir les deux nuits.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt auf der schönen Insel Zamalek im Nil. Daher in einer guten und sicheren Lage für Touristen. Das Hotel hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar die Koffer bis ins Zimmer getragen. Mr. Mohamed war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns beim Check-in alles erklärt und sogar nochmal angerufen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf dem Nil, ein unvergesslicher Ausblick. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte ein Ankleidezimmer und ein Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne, in welchem man auch komfortabel duschen kann. Der Check-out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!

Cons:

Abends war das Hupen vom lebendigen Nachtleben Kairos zu hören.

Perfekte Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Es war von der Lage her perfekt und unsere Zimmer waren wirklich groß und schön. Betten waren sehr bequem. Zimmer wurden immer zuverlässig gereinigt und alle vom Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir würden das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen!

Hotel é bom, mas muito antigo e há muito barulho
Pros:

Café da manhã, restaurante, localização.

Cons:

Os quartos são muito antigos, embora limpos, temos a impressão de coisas antigas, gastas e quebradas.
O barulho da rua é muito alto, com buzinas e barulho de obras até de madrugada.
A vista dos quartos não é bonita.
