الاستاف لطيف جداً خصوصا الاستاذ محمد والاستاذ اسلام ، خدمة سريعه وكان استقبال من المطار مجاني ،الموقع قريب من كل حاجة في ابو الفدا ،

Very good stay in Zamalek
Pros:

The hotel was nice and Islam (at the reception) was very kind. Good location, breakfast and value for money!

Cons:

Nothing in particular, perhaps the window could be insulated better to avoid the traffic noise (I was up at the 8th floor and it was still difficult to sleep).

Location was good.
Pros:

Location right off the Nile was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Had a pretty nice room on the 8th floor

Cons:

Very Limited menu for the resturant on the 10 th floor
Don’t forget your earplugs if your room is facing the Nile River as the street noise is constant.

habia sitios para comer cerca

nos mejoraron la habitacion porque había posibilidad

tiene bar propio para tomar algo sin tener que salir del hotel

teníamos preocupaciones por los problemas que había en otras ubicaciones de el cairo (timos, suciedad, prpb3lmas de higiene...), pero todo fue genial aqui

Estancia increíble
Pros:

Todo, pero sobre todo el personal. Todos los días nos recibían con una sonrisa, se preocupaban por nosotras y estaban súper pendientes, desde la recepción, los camareros sobre todo en la cena, como los de seguridad. Gracias por mejorar aún más nuestra experiencia en el Cairo!!
