ভয়ংকর অভিজ্ঞতা – এই হোটেল এড়িয়ে চলুন
এই হোটেলটি আমার নিশ্চিত বুকিং বাতিল করে কোনো তথ্য না দিয়ে অন্য একটি হোটেলে পাঠিয়ে দেয় এবং অতিরিক্ত টাকা আদায় করে। স্টাফরা খুবই খারাপ ব্যবহার করেছে এবং আমার সম্মানিত অতিথিদের সামনে আমাকে হয়রানি করেছে। একেবারে অপেশাদার আচরণ। আমি আর কখনো এখানে আসবো না। এই হোটেল থেকে দূরে থাকুন।

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel
This hotel canceled my confirmed booking without informing me and forced me to another hotel with extra payment. The staff behaved very rudely and harassed me in front of my honorable guests. Completely unprofessional. I will never come back again. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
