Para lo que cobran el desayuno es bien pobre debería ser bufet , modernizar las instalaciones de las habitaciones , jacuzxu con csvezsles gastadisimis , bulla por slto volumen de música ,
El servicio del personal A1 y la habitación ordenada y limpia.
Recomendaría, valorizar en soles o en US$ los productos del frio bar y los dulces así el huésped puede consumir sin restricción.

Me dieron, un cuerto con ventilador y no aire acondicionado como decia en la página, luego la TV torcida y pequeña, luego no me dejaban entrar a la piscina, luego no me dejaban entrar a las areas libere que en teoria habia pagado, el desayuno, básico, solo pan con mantequilla, cuando pido mi boleta con DNI, no me la dieron completa

The bathroom was clean with proper hot water running. The bed sheets too. Nothing much more good about this place.
Everything! We booked this room with a hottub/jakuzzi in the room to have a good experience, relaxing last night in Peru.
It looked good on the pictures and the staff reacted on whatsapp with a video of the room. Yet it was taken probably when the hotel was just built - as in reality - the room was very warn down. It stank in the room. There were problems with water for the jakuzzi that they said will fix in 20mins but haven't for >2hours. So even though we could use it at the end of the evening - the experience was ruined. The breakfast in the morning was poor and took ages for them to bring u. And the staff didn't care much. In the morning, when asked - I gave them polite feedback about our stay - and all their reaction was "ok". That's it - couldn't care less.
