Best location, Not the best value for money.
Pros:

The location is central and good. The breakfast, which is served without extras at an additional cost, is not satisfactory. There is a good cafeteria next door to the hotel. The building is beautiful,

Cons:

The rooms are not in good condition, very small, bathroom very cramped. Doesn't resemble the photos on the website. We ha the feeling they try to save on everything.

Great hotel staff and location, solid breakfast and Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location, breakfast (incl. coffee, juice, bread, main course), and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was on a pedestrian only street with lots of shopping, restaurants, and the plaza de armas nearby. 2 min walk to a small plaza to hail taxis, if needed. Wi-Fi was good, staff helped a ton with taxis, recommendations, and map of the big sites.

Cons:

The rooms themselves were good but a little spartan in terms of decor. There were plenty of common areas with tons of charm to make up for that.

La atención de todo el personal es excelente. El desayuno muy rico y la ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Es un poco pesado subir las escaleras, pero fueron muy amables y subieron nuestras maletas (las habíamos dejado en consigna porque llegamos antes de la entrada). Al principio da un poco la sensación de que los muebles de la habitación son ya muy antiguos, muy diferente al área de la entrada del hotel que es muy bonita, pero en general cumple con el propósito de hospedaje.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is well-located, a quick walk away from the Plaza de Armas, but the interior is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was varied and made to order each morning. The concierge programmed a tour to the Rutas de Sillar for the very next day at a reasonable cost. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely experience at Hotel Los Tambos!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff helped arrange a ride to and from the airport and was very helpful with everything we asked!

Cons:

The hotel is on a very busy street in Arequipa and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning, which made sleep difficult at times. This isn’t the hotels fault and the staff was beyond accommodating, just something to know when booking.

Pros:

El árbol que se encuentra en el patio interno del hotel ya que sirve de nido al Copetón, ave insignia de la ciudad de Bogotá. Por lo que verlos me hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro histórico, y otros lugares de interés, a pie.

Cons:

No me gustó que se haya servido el desayuno tipo buffet un solo día de los tres que me hospedé. El servicio de lavandería es 4 veces más costoso comparado con el precio que cobran las lavanderías directamente (no lo recomiendo). Me quedé para fin de año y me hubiera gustado encontrar la habitación acorde con la fecha: unas flores amarillas, una manta de pie de cama amarilla o colorida que llene de vida la habitación, un LEI o collar ornamental de flores amarillas son algunos ejemplos que podrían aplicar.

Me gustó pero mejorar el baño
Pros:

La ubicación y que es un lugar acogedor

Cons:

Creo que el agua de la ducha no es muy caliente y no sale muy bien el agua. La ducha tiene que mejorar, también no hay tomador en el baño para conectar tu propio secados o plancha.
