The following were missing from the facilities promised on website: no view, shower head and door broken had to use tap to shower by crouching down, bathroom flooded with water while showering, only one working socket near beds, headboard bed broken with dangerous loose wiring, desk but no chairs in room when asked reception provided broken chair, zero soundproofing, TV broken and reported to staff but never fixed, no ironing facilities, no tea/coffee maker, hairdryer only if ask reception, no electric kettle in room, broken wardrobe full of dust, no clothes rack, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no wheelchair accessible, no fire exit or instructions, no smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector.

No WIFI available in hotel (even in lobby)!!!

Cleaners threw away personal belongings and prescription medicine, when complained to staff was ignored.

Bad cleanliness, lots of dust and mould in shower.

Would not recommend breakfast, poor quality, insufficient, waiting for 1 hour.

Staff were rude and ignored complaints during the stay. Additionally tried to rip us off with $30 taxi to the airport compared to just paying $3 for an Uber to the airport.

They left me to another hotel is called Lotus, I didn't stayed at Miramar Green Hotel. It is makes me a fraid and more suspicious behaviour and restless.

La ubicación al lado del Museo de Egipto.
Chica de recepción muy agradable.

Cons:

El ascensor parece que se vaya a caer a pedazos contigo dentro, pero es necesario para no subir 7 plantas hasta llegar al hotel.
A la ducha se le sale toda el agua, por lo que se forma un lago dentro del baño.
Si quieres pasar una noche rápida es tu hotel.
