Apart from the polite and friendly staffs, nothing was good.
Everything! Bad and damaged lift, unclean room, no water, very bad breakfast.
De kamers waren ruim, de brede bedden liggen heerlijk en de badkamer was ruim en prima.
Het ontbijt, dat je gebracht wordt op een bord, is karig. Keuze heb je niet. Het zijn 3 in plastic verpakte broodjes met wat roomkaas en een omelet met een pakje jam. Het is voldoende, maar voor de prijzen mag je meer verwachten.
In tegenstelling tot de rest van de badkamer was de douchekop bij ons ver onder de maat. Niet verstelbaar en van een echte straal is niet te spreken. De douchecabine is erg klein en omdat de douchekop nog minutenlang blijft doordruppelen, is afdrogen in de cabine erg lastig.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and very professional. We arrived early before check-in time and they kindly allowed us to check in without any issues. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and come back later, which was very convenient. Overall, great service and hospitality.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was great.

The 24hour reception was very convenient. There was an option to leave our luggage after our checkout which was invaluable for our trip. Also, they let us check in much earlier because the room was ready.

The following were missing from the facilities promised on website: no view, shower head and door broken had to use tap to shower by crouching down, bathroom flooded with water while showering, only one working socket near beds, headboard bed broken with dangerous loose wiring, desk but no chairs in room when asked reception provided broken chair, zero soundproofing, TV broken and reported to staff but never fixed, no ironing facilities, no tea/coffee maker, hairdryer only if ask reception, no electric kettle in room, broken wardrobe full of dust, no clothes rack, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no wheelchair accessible, no fire exit or instructions, no smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector.
No WIFI available in hotel (even in lobby)!!!
Cleaners threw away personal belongings and prescription medicine, when complained to staff was ignored.
Bad cleanliness, lots of dust and mould in shower.
Would not recommend breakfast, poor quality, insufficient, waiting for 1 hour.
Staff were rude and ignored complaints during the stay. Additionally tried to rip us off with $30 taxi to the airport compared to just paying $3 for an Uber to the airport.
