غير مسؤلين وتم إبلاغي عند الوصول إن الغرف فى الصيانة رغم تأكيدي على الحضور قبل الموعد بيومين ولم يتم إبلاغي بعد جاهزية الغرف وتم تحويلي إلى فندق آخر دون ترك أى اختيار إلى.

التعامل كان أمر واقع سواء بقبول التحويل لفندق آخر أو الذهاب لأن الغرف فى الصيانة ، كيف يكون الغرف فى الصيانة وتم إرسال تأكيد الحجز قبل الموعد بيومين دون وجود اى اخطار بإنه هناك مشكلة فى صيانة كل الغرف ولا يوجد مكان .
