Arnaque! À notre arrivée on nous a dit qu'ils connaissent pas ce site et on nous a demandé 70 euros par nuit, après une longue négociation on a payé 25 euros au lieu de 13 affichée sur le site. En plus on a pas dormi pendant 2 jours tellement il y avait du bruit.... Je ne comprends pas pkoi vous continuez à travailler avec ses darnaqueurs chassant que il y a plein d'avis comme moi sur Google...

Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia” because Expedia owes them money, that our reservation was no longer valid. I found this strange but then he continues. He says that in order for us to stay we need to call Expedia & cancel our reservation, which we could not do because it was past the window for refunds, and that we would have to pay double the amount we paid IN CASH to him so we could stay. He also wanted us to say to Expedia that when we got there they didn’t have a room so we could get a refund. We felt uncomfortable lying but decided to call Expedia to see if they could help us and of course they couldn’t since they needed to confirm with the owner who never answers. They kept trying to pressure us to pay them cash and they would “figure it out” with Expedia which didn’t make much sense since they spoke so poorly of them prior and said they were owed money from them. Needless to say we ended up walking through Cairo at 4AM looking for hotel that was open and could take us because we just didn’t feel comfortable.

Whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel. Absolutely a rip off and ran by a “mobster”. Please don’t stay here for your safety!!

The staff here was rude and very unhelpful toward getting us checked in. Because of this behavior we walked out tired and found another hotel that was vastly more friendly.

The staff in this property are excellent. Everyone likes to help everyone knows English and I don’t have to worry about being ripped off. Work on the property get started a little bit early 330 or 4 AM but what are you gonna do. The price the view, the people can’t beat it.

Scam, every aspect of this place is a scam. Avoid at all cost. Prices changed on arrival. Pressured into paying a lot more for room they know I just arrived and didn’t have phone service yet. They also charge a lot more than surrounding business for tours. Nothing about this place is good in any sense of the word.

I’ll miss everyone as I started to feel at home. I’ll be back one day, God willing

Was really good. safe and comfortable, I would definitely recommend coming from an American.
