I booked hotel for 4 person and its mentioned breakfast included. When i asked for breakfast they said that we provide breakfast just for two person the rest person you havd to pay and they didn't even provide one small bottle of water.

Dump in the room now heating no hot water in the daytime staff is very rude non-qualified people non-professional people they not change the sheets without asking even not the towel and then I provide the breakfast. Even I have include breakfast as well one day I ask for the breakfast and they provide me very cold tea and Praha.
I didn't get an invoice for my stay.

The blanket was old enough. It was cold enough and cannot be controlled in thin blanket.
We booked a room in 3600 and then they charged 4200 by saying that it's booking.com fees. 2nd. Breakfast was included , but they charged 950 for breakfast as well. Overall a very bad experience.
