Un séjour très décevant, marqué par une chambre non conforme à la réservation, un supplément injustifié et des condition

Je souhaite également préciser un point important : on m’a affirmé que la chambre qui m’a été attribuée, qui fait à peine 18–20 m², correspondait à une chambre de 35 m². Honnêtement, j’ai suffisamment de discernement pour faire la différence entre ces deux surfaces, et il est évident que cela ne correspond pas à ce que j’avais réservé. Cela ressemble clairement à de la publicité mensongère.

Au lieu de me proposer une solution adaptée ou de me changer simplement de chambre, on m’a demandé de payer un supplément. J’ai accepté, pensant améliorer la situation, mais au final, je me retrouve dans une chambre très sombre, située au fond de l’hôtel, qui donne clairement l’impression d’être une chambre de “dernier recours”.

Je trouve cette façon de procéder particulièrement décevante et peu transparente.

Visit it, you won't regret it.
Pros:

Great value and architectural sense in the (interior) design. Spotless clean. Decent location in New Cairo (some malls closeby enough to walk even though walking is strictly discouraged by the city planner). Overall great experience.

Cons:

Drainage in the shower was clogged / didn't drain properly
windows could be cleaner but it was during a sandstorm so there isn't much they can do about it

这是我在开罗住得比较舒心的一处，热水稳定，环境卫生，工作人员也非常友好。地理位置在新开罗，附近走路十分钟可以到一家超市和商场，离另外几个核心商圈也不远。

Персоналу отдельное спасибо, ложите побольше туалетной бумаги 1 рулона не хватает на 2 ночи

Аккуратно чистенько доброжелательный персонал, отличное расположение до аэропорта 20 минут, Убер такси работает безупречно и очень дешево

Cons:

Кондиционер очень шумный и неисправный невозможно было согреть апартаменты приходилось выключать
