Clean, friendly hotel with great value
Pros:

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price.

Cons:

Isn’t really soundproof. I could hear everything in the hallway including the elevator. This didn’t bother me that much though.

Cons:

Parking is very difficult in the neighborhood. Plenty of on street parking blocks away from the hotel. Parking on eighth Street is all three hour maximum.

Super Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich fantastisch und hat sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert und war 24/7 erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad waren super sauber. Die Lage ist auch Top, gleich ums Eck von der Calle Ocho. Mit dem Metro Trolley bist du in 10 min downtown. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

El lugar es extremadamente limpio. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento a las necesidades del cliente. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en ese alojamiento y, de regresar a Miami, lo volvería a hacer.

Pros:

THLH is in the heart of Little Havana. Easy and walkable. We had a car and safe on street over night parking was a breeze using the app guest services recommended. The new Bay of Pigs museum is worth a visit. The hotel is sparsely employed, but there is a representative at the front desk 9-4 daily. Touch base with her early in your stay and she'll guide you faithfyully!
Additionally, the hotel doubles as a art gallery! Throughout the halls there are interesting pieces to view. There is also an attached gallery adjacent to the hotel that is a MUST to see.

Cons:

No dislikes, but it should be known that the hotel is much like a hostel. No daily cleaning (not a problem for us) but could be arranged for a fee. Collect additional towels, TP, etc as needed downstairs. A lovely "lobby" though unattended if you arrive late in the evening. All features that can make your stay a bit "free-range". Ease your concern by asking questions early on and enjoy the experience.

A characterful historic option in little Havana
Pros:

The location is excellent in Little Havana and 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The property itself is very historic and has a boutique hotel vibe with lots of character. The rooms are not serviced but fresh towels, basic toiletries and hot coffee are available from the downstairs reception. The price / value ratio is very much on point. Staff were happy to store my baggage and allow use of facilities on the day of check out.

Cons:

There were a couple of conflicting messages received from the property regarding room number but this was quickly addressed before check in

Would recommend the hotel to anyone. Very restful and peaceful. The front desk staff I give an A+ too. Wonderful Stay!

The location was excellent. The hotel had history and you could feel it. The first floor was an art gallery.

Cons:

No working coffee machine or machines in rooms. Needed a small fridge and microwave.

La ubicación esta bien, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Es mas un Hostal que un Hotel, no hay servicio de limpieza ni ningún tipo de servicio. En las fotos se ve mas lindo de lo que es, en realidad esta viejo y sucio, especialmente la zona social. Los cuartos están limpios.
