Hotel con "espíritu" de Hostel, a metros de la famosa calle 8. Excelente atención y trato de Lía

Ubicado a metros de la famosa y muy pintoresca Calle 8 de Little Havanna, el hotel tiene un "espíritu" de Hostel. Las habitaciones y baños son simples pero cómodas. Hay personal entre las 11 y 16 y todos los accesos se manejan a través de claves para entrar a los distintos espacios del alojamiento. Quiero destacar a Lía por su EXCELENTE atención y trato. Entre sus ventajas, a 100/200 metros, sobre la calle 8, hay una parada del Bus Turístico como para poder recorrer la ciudad.

Cons:

Nada en particular. Tal vez es algo anticuado, pero así es como mantiene la esencia del lugar en el que se encuentra (Little Havanna)

Brilliant Place.

Great location, just a block away from the main Little Havana strip.
Facility is extremely clean, very comfortable and well managed. having stayed in a few other places closer to little Havana this is by far the best and super value for money.
the information and step by step details provided was excellent. The manager of the property did touch base a few times to see if everything was ok .. which was a nice touch.
Good location close to the airport, malls and also toward downtown... good location.

Cons:

No Complaints.
If I were to put something down - having tea and coffee making in the room if at all. There was some coffee in the lobby but it was not a big deal.
Probably a SAFE but again not imperative.

Just Brilliant.
Pros:

My stay at the Tower Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The building and room is full of history and it manages to capture that while also having stylish design and modern luxuries.

Lia at the front desk was a superstar. It would be difficult to name anyone I have ever met who does her job so passionately and attentively, and she made staying there a pleasure. She was unbelievably helpful in all regards and I cannot thank her enough.

The rooms were amazing and clean, and the hotel is right next to the main street of Little Havana with all the restaurants and attractions.

I will most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area, and hope to stay there again myself.

Me gustó la atención de la recepcion, aunque my concepto de hotel es personal en recepción a toda hora para entregar información y solucionar problemas de los pasajeros, no hay citofonos en las habitaciones para llamar ante cualquier emergencia, no volvería a reservar un hotel q funciona sin personal..
