Good for your money but noise was not ideal for sleep.

Cons:

Paper thin walls, ground level you could hear everyone walking above you, every door opening, conversations in rooms next door. Rooster squawking in the middle of the night

Clean, affordable hotel in the heart of Little Havana

Cons:

Only small complaint is the window above the door let the hall light in. So my want to make sure you have an eye mask if you need the room totally dark

Terrible stay

Location was next to the main strip of Havana neighborhood

Cons:

I don’t really write reviews often, but this place truly does not deserve a 4-star rating. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

From the moment we checked in, there were issues. Our first room had a fruit fly and fly infestation, which forced us to change rooms the next day. We were then moved again, and the new room had a leaking shower and extremely high humidity. The building is very old and poorly maintained, with a constant musty smell throughout.

Customer service was unresponsive and unreliable. Access to the building is via a code, but we were locked out multiple times, and no one answered when we tried to contact them. Communication overall was frustrating and inconsistent.

To make matters worse, we were promised a $250 partial refund due to these issues, which we never received despite following up.

There was also a safety concern during our stay — I slipped due to moisture/wet conditions on the property. Thankfully it wasn’t more serious, but it added to how unsafe and poorly managed the place felt.

Despite being listed as a hotel, this felt more like a DIY stay:
• No room service
• No fridge in the room
• No coffee station in the room
• Shared/common-area setup
• Freezer not working
• Limited towels — we had to repeatedly ask for clean ones

Overall, well-satisfied with some improvements needed.
Pros:

Great location in iconic Little Havana. Great sound of chicken clucking in the morning lol. A lot of cute cats around. Very clean and well designed room.

Cons:

I wish the staff was present the whole time, but I didn’t see them at all in the reception during my four days stay. I believe there’s two homeless people were staying in the lobby overnight.
