Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble et la rue.
Manque de kettle/bouilloire électrique pour une boisson chaude facile et rapide.
Plaque vitro céramique super lente/obsolète (35 mn pour cuire 6 oeufs dans casserole moyenne avec couvercle, avec juste de l'eau pour couvrir les oeufs...)
Manque 1 table et 1 chaise/fauteuil dans la chambre

The whole place had a stench of mould, cockroaches and silverfish crawling about, mouldy walls and ceilings, The electric sockets looked very unsafe. parking on the street is not possible near the property. and there are a lot of anti-social persons in the area

The bathroom was dirty and the bathroom furniture was damaged. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. There was a toilet brush with no cover or container.
The kitchen lacked utensils and the shared terrace by the kitchen floor was dirty. I know this was cheap but it wouldnt cost much to add some of the things that were missing.

A única coisa é que no quarto 3 o chuveiro quando ganha pressão o suporte não aguenta! Cama um pouco ruidosa! De resto tudo impecavel!

Main problem: Could not check in until 4:00 pm. Arrived at 10:30 am. There is no left luggage place in Olhao so either go back to Faro with baggage or go sit somewhere for hours and waste a day. Same problem leaving. Had to be out of the apartment by noon. Went to Faro. Found a luggage place near the station. Was 89 degrees and had a late flight so be aware of that when booking an apartment in Olhao. Was on top floor. People coming and leaving during the night so a lot of door banging using shared bathrooms. My apartment had a bathroom 🙏
Bed had old fashioned springs. Not very comfortable.

*Toilet floor flooded after shower.
*Toilet smell mouldy.
*Bathroom vanity wood crumbling
*Matress can feel spring.
*WiFi is very weak and work time to time.
*No Shower gel and shampoo.
*Couldn't find the hair dryer.
*No any season Seasoning event slat.
*Front door is quite hard to open.
*booking.com website shown check out before 12 o'clock but message sent to me 11 o'clock.
Messaged owner couple time, about Toilets condition. WiFi, hair dryer, air-conditioner....,
for a holiday is quite enough...

House needs to maintenance and fix. Also needs to change the locks.
I had difficulty to open front door, and I opened doors for other guests twice..

Cuando intento hablar para que me devuelvan el dinero me dicen que tienen contacto de emergencia 24h y que les debería haber escrito para buscar una solución. Eran las 1 AM y llevábamos todo el día en la playa solo queríamos ducharnos y acostarnos. Yo no tengo que escribir a nadie a esas horas para que me venga a cambiar la habitación ni para que me venga a limpiar la habitación. La habitación tiene que estar presentable y preparada para los invitados/visitantes/viajeros. Yo no tengo que escribir ni llamar a nadie. De vergüenza. Además allí no había nadie era un self check in. Las “lámparas” estaban oxidadas y el edredón lo dejaron deshecho en el armario. Los muebles tenían polvo y había suciedad por todos lados. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota o sea TODO mal. No me devuelven el dinero después de esta mala experiencia. Cogimos el coche y nos fuimos. No fuimos capaces de quedarnos a dormir.
