最高のスタッフたちによる最高のホテル
Pros:

素晴らしいスタッフでした。ホストのサラさん含め、言葉では言い表せないくらいの素敵な対応をしていただきました。特に、チェックイン後にも関わらず、自分たちがフェイクツアーを予約してしまい困っていたところ、どうすればいいか教えてくれたり、同じツアーを同じ価格で手配してくれたりなど、本当に感謝しかありません。加えて、ツアーから帰ってきたら、疲れているからとチェックアウトしているにも関わらず部屋を用意しシャワーを使わせていただいたりなど、日本でも見たことがないほどのホスピタリティでした。サラ、フェロをはじめ、素敵な人たちばかりで仏かと思いました。もちろん、ルーフトップでの食事も、すぐ目の前に3つのピラミッド、スフィンクスが見える素晴らしいスポットで取ることができ大満足です。

Маленький отель с восхитительными видами на Сфинкса и Пирамиды. И с прекрасными сотрудниками!
Pros:

Маленький отель в Гизе, рядом со входом , который близко к Сфинксу. Касса напротив входа в отель. К сфинксу подошли пешком, к пирамидам поехали на автобусе. У нас был делюкс с великолепным видом из окна на Сфинкса и пирамиды. Жить ближе к Сфинксу невозможно. Завтрак был великолепен- такой вид на Сфинкса и пирамиды! И вечером очень красивый закат. На ресепшен очень приветливые молодые люди и девушка Сара. Во всем помогали- и билеты покупали в музеи и такси вызывали. Замечательное обслуживание. Очень милые и радушные люди на стойке регистрации.

Excellent location next to the ticket office for the Giza Plateau. Rooftop terrace with a view of the Sphinx. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. The day trip to Sakkara, Memphis, and Dashur was well organized.

The only bonus about the hotel is the view however, they couldn't make the rooftop a nice setting .

Cons:

The photos on Booking.com are highly misleading and do not reflect the reality of this property. While the room itself was well-furnished and the Pyramid views were stunning, the hotel has no merit for the view—nature did all the work. In reality, this is a private family home masquerading as a hotel with zero understanding of hospitality. Family members loiter in the lobby and on the roof, chatting loudly with no regard for paying guests. It is the most expensive yet lowest-quality option in the area. You can find much better service and quality for the same price elsewhere.

Meravigliosa vista sulle Piramidi
Pros:

L'ultimo hotel prima del muro che circoscrive l'area archeologica di Giza, quindi posizione ottima.
La terrazzo per la colazione proprio davanti alle tre piramidi e alla Sfinge, non ci sono altri tetti davanti ai vostri occhi.
La mia camera aveva la vista proprio davanti alla Sfinge.
Personale disponibile e buon hotel, pulito per gli standard egiziani.
Buona colazione con scelta varia, ma sul salato.
La biglietteria per entrare alle piramidi è a 20 metri dall'entrata dell'hotel.

Cons:

Il cortile antistante l'hotel può sembrare disordinato e polveroso, ma considerate che siamo in zona desertica, vedevo che al mattino veniva regolarmente spazzato.
Se credete di stare all'Hilton o alla "Casa Bianca" di Washington, probabilmente questa struttura non fa per voi.

Die Lage direkt gegenüber der Sphinx und den Pyramiden ist wunderbar. Man hat von der Terrasse aus einen super Blick. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.

Cons:

Auf der Dachterrasse war leider das WLAN nicht oder nur sehr schwach da,
Die Drinks und das Abendessen haben lange auf sich warten lassen. Da wir an dem Abend noch dringend einen Flug buchen mussten, war es sehr lästig.

The roof top view was incredible and great for breakfast! Rooms were modern and had everything you needed
Sara was a great host and was quick to sort out any problems and organized a tour for us on the day we left for the airport, an ideal base for exploring the pyramids/ Giza

La gentillesse du personnel, la position proche des pyramides qui étaient incroyable, beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, la possibilité de choix au restaurant et qu’ils livrent en chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un européen.

Pros:

The staff was okay.

Cons:

There was water and electricity cut frequently. The hotel is not like at the pictures at all. The outside of the hotel ls very dirty and covered horse excreta. Even though, we have booked ‘king suite’ the room is located just below the roof top, near the stairs, the other guests are roaming around your room door and window constantly. The tours are also hotels offered too expensive.

An unbelievable experience. The proximity to the pyramids is a blessing that you will never forget.
Pros:

The location is unbelievable. We are directly in front of the two main pyramids and the sphinx. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a feast. The rooms are well presented, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Una terrazza indescrivibile con vista sulle Piramidi e sulla Sfinge, accolta da un drink di benvenuto.
Il banco dei biglietti è proprio davanti alla porta di casa: accesso facile, atmosfera rilassata.
