7 minute walk to East Park Mall
Pros:

We like coming back to the Grand Palace because it's a 7 minute walk to East Park Mall.We also absolutely love their breakfast and other meals which are served at their main restaurant.

The room was very spacious ,had bottles of water and tea/Coffee making facilities.The bathroom also had soap,shower gel and shampoo.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.We have been coming to the Grand palace for years and we have never encountered any rude staff.

Cons:

We didn't like the first room which we were offered and had to ask to be moved as the first bedroom had solid rock beds.Thankfully the gentleman at reception was very understanding and moved us to a room which had softer beds .
Secondly,the bathrooms are getting outdated and need to be sorted out!You can literally see the limescale and grime in the shower which tells me that those showers are not cleaned properly!
Finally,the body towels looked like rags !Rags,rags,rags!They were old ,discoloured and frayed . Honestly,for the price that we pay per night ,you would think little things like that would be paid attention to!
