El personal amable, la ubicació està a prop del centre comercial amb un carrer ple de parades. El lloc es tranquil.

Cons:

Que no te recepció 24 hores. No te parking i al voltant només hi ha un parking privat petit. Costa una mica aparcar als voltants.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a residential area, so no noise, no crowds, at the same time, city center is in walking distance. The bed is very comfortable, tgere are many different pillows to chose from. Shampoo and conditioner, hand wash and body lotion are provided. Breakfast was good. The reviews of guests who write, it was always the same are true, but you can diversify yourself: there was yoghurt and Greek salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, cheese and ham, always a sweet cake or cookies etc., so nothing to complain about. Staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

There is an issue that has been mentioned in only one review so far, but it can spoil your stay if it matters to you. Even at night and with curtains closed the room is not dark, to put it mildly: there's an exit sign over the door, that means two bright green lights, then there's a display where you can chose between "don't disturb" and "clean up", that means bright blue light. The lights on the balcony also burn all night. Sleep mask highly recommended.

Pros:

Het bed. Eindelijk een bed wat groot genoeg was voor ons. Wij vinden de bedden van 160 breed te smal. Dan heb je het idee dat je uit bed valt. En dit bed was ook nog eens lekker zacht. We hebben vaak bedden die heel hard zijn waardoor we veel pijn lijden met onze rug en gewrichtsproblemen.

Cons:

Was niet brandschoon. Personeel niet zo aardig als de Grieken allemaal zijn

Excellent stay in Heraklion providing a lovely accommodation at good value.
Pros:

Great location within walkable distance to the city centre.
Lovely breakfast, and excellent room.

Cons:

Having to go up plenty of stairs to get up to the room with luggage is not easy, especially if guests are older.

Pros:

Petit hôtel très bien situé, au calme et à 10 minutes à pied du centre d'Héraklion. Les chambres sont modernes, très belles et le personnel très agréable. Excellent restaurant à ne pas rater à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel : le Vourvourladikon.

Cons:

Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait (poussière au sol) et la douchette n'est pas utilisable car entartrée. Attention : lavabo dans la chambre, mais douche fermée.

il lato dov'ero io (quello con la camera con l'idromassaggio) era senza ascensore. Con valigie pesanti c'erano molte scale da fare per arrivare alla stanza. Ero all'ultimo piano

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, proche du centre ville tout en étant dans une rue calme loin des attractions touristiques. Le petit déjeuner continental était correct, et le personnel était sympathique, souriant et répondait a toute requête.
