A cozy place in the city-center
Pros:

We lived in a yellow building and have a spacious room with isolated bathroom. It was clean and stylish. We asked for a kettle and luckily got it.

Location is very good — inside the city walls, but the street is quiet. You need to go a bit to reach some big supermarket, but not very long.

Cons:

The supply of hot water was good but even for short shower I need to waste a lot of water to make it hot :( may be, because there were little people there.

No option for hot milk as basic for breakfast — it was chilly sometimes, and I needed it badly. Very helpful lady made it for me personally.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einer sehr geschmackvollen, ästhetisch ansprechenden Innenausstattung. Die Räume sind geräumig. Alle touristisch interessanten Orte sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Έχουμε μείνει όσες φορές κ αν έχουμε πάει Ηράκλειο.. εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για να πας με τα πόδια κέντρο .. καθαρά κ ωραίο πρωινό

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer modern und sauber. Die Lage war ebenfalls Centrums nahe.

Πολύ καλή και οικονομική επιλογή για την πόλη του Ηρακλείου
Pros:

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια. Κοντά στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και με αρκετές επιλογές. Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή με χαμηλό κόστος για αυτά που προσφέρει. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Soovitan seda hotelli kindlasti.
Pros:

Hotell asub vaikses rajoonis, samas linna südamele väga lähedal. Kogu personal oli lihtsalt suurepärane. Hommisöök mitmekesine.

Cons:

Kui millegi üle kurta, siis seda saab dusinurga osas teha: liiga palju vett kippus nurgast välja minema.

Ήσυχο, σε αναπαλαιωμένο νεοκλασικό, στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Cons:

Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε παρά μόνο ένα άγγιστρο για να κρεμάνε δύο άτομα τις πετσέτες τους.

Huone oli OK paitsi safety n patterit loppu eilä niitä vaihdettu.vaikka kerroin asissta heti ensimmäiseä aamuna. Kissat oli ystävällisiä

Hankslat aukiooloajat, saavuin liian myöhään, n 18 30 eikä ketään ollut paikalla. Oli vaikeaa päästä sisään kuulemma yleensä ketään ei ole paikalla klo 17 jälleen. Asiasta olisi aiheellista ilmpittaa välittömästi varauksen jälkeen
