The tour guides a little pricey but very skilled
There is a huge noise starting at 7 am of the morning by the construction workers. You can sleep till 7 am because they are working right at your door.
The room is not cleaned and also the surroundings are very dirty.
The breakfast is poor.
If you want to visit Cairo, it is way too far. It is worthy only if you are visiting the pyramids.
Nothing
Everything is bad
They deceived me, and we agree for cancellation then later they don’t refund and Booking not protect me from such bad properties
My original booking was unbearably noisy because it was directly opposite the major road so I barely got any sleep, my host further went on to upgrade the room but there was construction going on right above the room so it became even worse.
The breakfast was repetitive but the staff were pretty polite and ready to help at every point!
Ahmed was a great tour guide and all the tours that I was scheduled for I really enjoyed but the accommodation wasn’t at all comfortable because of ongoing construction in the property.

Beautiful hotel, it opened recently as Ahmed told us. Ahmed is the owner of the hotel and we were lucky enough to meet him. He helped us with everything we wanted to book in terms of tours and attractions. As for the hotel everything was perfect. The room was renovated and modern and it had everything we needed. It was really comfortable and clean as well. Our favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop, where we were having homemade breakfast with the outstanding view of the Pyramids. Location was great as well since we were only 10 minutes away from the pyramids and there were plenty of shops around the hotel. 100% recommended if you ever visit Giza.
The breakfast is amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly. The view is wonderful.
Some facilities are not well maintained.
Staff, view, room with whirlpool but needs update!
The outside looks realy bad. The rooms are good. Minor problems could be solved.
The suite was very spacious, with an additional bedroom, the jacuzzi facing the pyramid and a private terrace. It is the picture that promotes this establishment.
The staff was very kind, eager to help and always smiling.
We got to the hotel after an all day flight and our hearts sank at the view of the hostel entrance, it was a house,no elevator, reception on the second floor, renovations on the third floor and the suite on the fourth, with more renovations in front of the door.
The hot water was ill functioning, not fixed until 4pm second day, just a night before leaving the place. The owner’s response was that he was happy to see that we would be able to enjoy the jacuzzi experience at least in our last night, and also offered us a 50% discount on our next stay. We thought we deserved a price reduction on the current one since we could not enjoy the main element that had us deciding on booking this room. Declined.
The owner had told us upon our arrival that the suite had a private high quality internet access, but it was not working either, not until the following day in the evening. Our eSIMs needed activation and we could not get it through the hotel network, both the private one for the suite snd the main one. Disconnected.
The cleaner threw away my wife contact lenses container and some creams, probably thinking that this stuff was garbage left on top of the faucet. The owner kindly offered the manager to assist us purchasing replacements, no big deal anyway. We declined it.
We had been willing to stay for two more days, before getting to Luxor, but instead we decided to anticipate the flight to Luxor, essentially unsatisfied with the owner’s reluctance to accommodate a discount on our stay based on the jacuzzi/internet problems.
Nice ice cold air conditioning and clean room
Loved everything
