1. There were frequent water & WIFI lock offs. This was not a surprise, but I think since this is a regular occurrence that:
a) the hotel should automatically provide 2 large containers of water for guests
b) the hotel should provide alternatives for guests, like a list with suggested local locations, ex - cafes with hotspots
2. Provide daily variety or a buffet for breakfast
3. Provide windows with screens, safe to open without everything within reach or visible to anyone outside
4. Better maintenance, necessary; too many installations broken or not working
5. Better, brighter lighting & better fan
6. Provide a small fridge

Coupure d’eau et l’électricité de 17h jusqu’à 22h30. Aucun personnel sur place pour nous renseigner. J’ai quitté l’hôtel à 22h30 car je suis revenu à l’hôtel (j’ai passé la soirée à nungwi)car on ne pouvait pas dormir dans ces conditions (sans Clim, sans eau sans électricité) il fait très chaud et humide.

Il fatto che nn c’era l’acqua e manco la elettricità! Poi per nn parlare che la nostra camera nn aveva la finestra .. poi c’era una puzza di muffa allucinante! Poi la nostra camera in 5 giorni nn hanno mai pulito la stanza e manco cambiato gli asciugamani! È vergognoso che una struttura del genera sia su Booking!

I pipistrelli non li ho visti, però consiglio di pulire tutti i giorni la parte sotto la tettoia.

If you remember the days of visiting Thailand in the 80s it’s a trip down memory lane, It is such a shame as once this property must have been very authentic but it’s now so very delapitated …. Is there any reason for a broken toilet seat and a sink whose waste pipe is detached. A little love could make this a lovely place to stay. Breakfast is basic and in terms of value for money overall this property doesn’t compare with many of the places we stayed.

They double booked my room. Cancelled on me on the morning of my arrival on WhatsApp and refused to refund me. They did the same with my friend’s bookings. booking.com customer care is shit in Tanzania. No one responds . No help is given. Don’t book with booking.com because if you have an issue with your booking you are screwed.

The Inhouse Restaurant Chef was mostly not available though that was not much of an issue with accessibility to the nearby restaurants.

Located at a spot that felt unsafe. It was a very dark area so many people who are not staying there could just walk very close the property as it is not gated and no security. The power cuts were a serious turn off especially because the property does not have backup so we were inconvenienced because when there’s no power there’s no water.

Even though we have a confirmed booking, and we had already paid for the stay, when we arrived there, we were told they were fully booked, and we need to look for something else. We have to request them to look for another place for us, and to at least offer us a coffee, while we were waiting. When we were able to speak to the manager, he didn't apologise. Still waiting for booking.com to refund the money.

Setting is on the Beach but the property is tired and run down. No maintenance and the restaurant and bar is poor. Washing is being done on the sides of the rooms and everything is hanged on the railings. Receptionist is also very strange and not if much help.
