Not Recommended – Poor Security & Unprofessional Staff
I stayed at Luxe Heights Hotel on 7 September 2026. Unfortunately, some of my personal belongings went missing during my stay. When I reported the matter to the hotel staff, their attitude and response were highly unprofessional, and I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously.
For a hotel, the safety and security of guests and their belongings should be a basic priority. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel and would advise other guests to consider the security and service standards before booking.
We had a lovely family stay at Luxe Heights. The hotel was clean, peaceful, comfortable, and most importantly, felt safe and welcoming for the whole family.
Special thanks to Mr. Rukhsan, General Manager, for his kindness, personal attention, and excellent hospitality. He made sure our family felt comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay at Hotel Luxe Heights Lahore was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The peaceful environment, excellent cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities made my stay memorable. The location is convenient and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Lahore.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything was well managed and met my expectations. If I had to mention one thing, a few additional in-room amenities could make the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I look forward to visiting again
