Están obligados a dar factura electrónica y a pesar que la pedí muchas veces nunca la dieron y nunca respondieron el WhatsApp. No dan buenas sabanas para abrigarse, la cama que me asignaron muy dura.

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal, su atención y los desayunos. La habitación que pagué era amplia y estaba limpia

Siento que me trataron de estafar, yo habia pagado una habitación grande, y me iba a dar una pequeña. Me tocó hablar para que me cambiaran a la que habia pagado. Adicional, la tuveria del baño olia mal y a veces la tv se dañaba, pero el de recepción siempre la arregló
