La posizione un po' decentrata
Schöne Wohnung in super Ausgangslage, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was du benötigst ausgestattet. Miriam und Ihr Mann sind super nett und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Miriam was super kind and helpful, she made many suggestions to get the most out of our stay in Siracusa
She offered to borrow bikes to explore the city and the parking in front of the apartment is free
Despite the apartment being super clean and orderly it smelt a little bit moist

We recently stayed at this charming location hosted by Miriam, who was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout our visit. Despite the location requiring a bit of a walk to get to Ortigia, the facilities were top-notch. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable and ideally located to do both Ortigia and the archaeological site on foot. It's (one of two in the same building, with shared reception and shared roof terrace) studio with mezzanine bedroom with large and very comfortable (firm) double/kingsized bed. The sloping ceiling upstairs might be an issue for tall people; there's a spiral staircase that might prove awkward for the less agile. The kitchenette is basic but there were quite a number of appliances; we had no intention of self-catering so only used the fridge! It's perfect as an inexpensive base for a couple to shower/change, get your head down and store your stuff. Miriame, the proprietor, is lovely, very friendly and keen to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Street parking.

Good value apartment with all that you need. As per the other reviews - it is the hosts that make the stay. They are very accommodating and helpful. Also easy to find free parking on the streets nearby.
