Bardzo przyjazny personel, szczególnie Jessica, German i Daniel. Cały personel dokładał starań, żeby pobyt był komfortowy i sympatyczny. Dobra lokalizacja, świetny basen i smaczne śniadania. Dobra atmosfera i ładna architektura obiektu.

Pros:

La piscine, le prêt de serviettes, tout le personnel est très agréable et professionnel, l'emplacement est idéal (proche mer et commerces)

Cons:

La literie une catastrophe. Lit trop petit pour 2 personnes, très mou, et une alèse en plastique qui fait beaucoup de bruit dès qu'on bouge. L'isolation est très mauvaise, on entendait nos voisins parler et les gens au dessus de notre chambre qui marchaient.

Hotel agradável mas que poderia melhorar
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

O hotel não dispõe de elevador, ficamos no 2º piso e tivemos que levar todas as malas pelas escadas, o que não é muito agradável quando levas malas grandes e crianças. O isolamento acústico do quarto é muito fraco, ouvia-se imenso ruído, presumo que seriam as máquinas de ar condicionado.

Pros:

Location was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

Hotel was average, room was very basic. Hotel reception staff only friendly during check in, during the stay werent very helpful. Very noisy throughout the night, feels liek you can hear everything in the hallway from the room
.The air-conditioner didnt work for our second night, on check out the receptionist said he'd refund a night's resort fee however didnt happen due to making the reservation on booking.com

Aparato de aire acondicionado Antiguo dentro de la habitación y hacía muchísimo ruido , un horror!. No tiene ascensor . Además me robaron unas gafas de sol y pedí ver las cámaras. Nunca tuve respuesta

Pestana Beach hotel was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, and the included beach lounge chairs, towels and umbrella were a huge bonus I really appreciated. Centrally located to South Beach's busier areas, but on a quiet back street which I also appreciated. I'll be back!
