Pros:

Location is good. The hotel has eateries, a mall, and a hospital close to the place. Facilities include a kettle in the room and water filter on the floor. The staff are nice. They cleaned the room when I asked. There is hot water. It is value for money. I recommend the place.

Cons:

The room is very small but serves the purpose & is ok to stay for a few days.
