Чудовий готель для транзитної ночівлі! Чисто, дуже зручне розташування, приємний персонал, надзвичайно смачні сніданки.
Pros:

Місце розташування, стійка реєстрації працює 24/7, приємні адміністратори, власна парковка у внутрішньому дворику, чистий номер, білосніжна постіль та рушники, зручний матрац, дуже смачний і різноманітний сніданок.

Cons:

В номері було трохи душно, вікно не відкривалося, а кондиціонер не холодив, напевно його пора обслужити і заправити фреон, щоб він виконував свою функцію.

Pros:

Останавливались всей семьей в семейном номере, который расположен возле парковки.
Было чисто, кровати удобные, постельное бельё чистое.
Завтрак - шведский стол. Всё было свежее и тёплое.
Мы остались довольны.
Спасибо!

Было очень жарко и душно в номере, кондиционер не справлялся, по всей видимости очень старый и требует ремонта или замены.

Es war okay.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, in 30min ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder in der Altstadt. Die Rezeption war immer freundlich besetzt, Parkplätze stehen hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Unsere Klimaanlage kühlte nur im Umkreis von einem Meter um das Gerät, das war schlecht und konnte nicht verbessert werden. Das Zimmer war zur Straße und trotz geschlossener Fenster war der Straßenlärm sehr laut, da die Rollladenkästen nicht isoliert sind. (und die momentane Baustelle trug ihren Teil zur Lautstärke mit bei, wofür natürlich das Hotel nichts kann)

Velmi příjemné a profesionální prostředí. Parkování ve dvoře na pozemku hotelu je velký luxus. Výkonná klimatizace a dobře zásobený minibar. Velmi dobrá snídaně. Profesionální a příjemný personál s velmi dobrou znalostí anglického jazyka.

A perfect choice in a very good price at Novi Sad.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. Comortable big rooms, comfortable bathroom, nice airconditioning, very clean, nice elevator. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very polite and helpful. An important advantage was the safe private parking space free of charge. The hotel is about 1km away from the riverside walking area, which is perfect for a nice walk or running nearby Danube. Moreover, it is about 5 minutes away from the city center by car or 2 km by feet. And all these in a very good price. I totally recommend it for a nice stay in Novi Sad.
