Location was just perfect for morning breakfast with Pyramid view
Bathroom was not nice with one door completely broken and open. Algae around made it even tougher to accept it
The location is wonderful, opposite the Sphinx entrance to the Giza plateau.

Muy bien ubicado, las vistas a las pirámides es fenomenal, el personal muy amable y me gustó el hecho de que hubiera opciones de comida en el mismo hotel. Tenían servicio de traslado al aeropuerto lo que facilita la llegada y el retorno.
La ducha era demasiado pequeña por lo que costaba demasiado entrar en ella y cerrar. No salía agua caliente.

Very nice hotel, as close as you can to the Giza necropolis. The view from the rooftop terrace takes your breath away.
They recommended a local guide for the pyramid tour, knowledgeable and a good deal. Definitely recommended!
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et magique face aux pyramides au lever du soleil. La localisation de l’hôtel permet vraiment d’être à l’ouverture au Sphinx et cela fait gagner un temps fou.
Le quartier autour des pyramides est vraiment étouffant pour les touristes et on a vraiment la sensation de se faire avoir en permanence.
A localização é muito boa, já que fica em frente às pirâmides. O terraço tem uma vista privilegiada da Esfinge, bem de frente. Assim que chegamos, ele nos ofereceu bebidas de cortesia. Além disso, ficou com nossas malas durante o dia após o check-out. O quarto era confortável e dormimos muito bem. Quanto ao café da manha, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi muito solicito e procurando nos agradar o tempo todo. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.
The location is perfect, just few walking steps from the ticket entrance. The staff are very helpful and do everything to make their guest comfortable. The rooftop view is stunning. We enjoyed having breakfast while looking at the sphinx and pyramids.
Location close to the pyramids, still after 22 h. very noisy and not really save on the streets.

It seems to me that the managers wants you to believe you made a reservation in a 5 star hotel. This is not the case, 2 stars is more realistic. Not all the pictures are realistic. Broken shower cabins with sharp edges (room 106) (shower in room 105 was taped together), elevator completely broken, not secured and dangerous to use, executive lounge is a joke, ..... They advertise daily room cleaning (happens 1 time during our 5 days on our demand, we have even to ask toiletpaper afterwards). The advertise a roof top restaurant, yes another joke.
We changed room 3 times because of the different defects in the room and bathroom. The manager promised us via WhatsApp. a nice room with beautiful views of the pyramids. What we've got was a simple room with broken showers , and yes, if to risk hanging out of the balcony you can see a part of a pyramid.
When we complain about the room ect. , the manager became more aggressive, asked first 100 us dollar extra which we do not agree, afterwards 50 us dollar. We did not see him again during our 5 day stay.
I have no criticism about the people working there (and I hope they pay them well). My criticism is about the managers, the condition of the infrastructure, and the advertising of this hotel on the booking website.
ADVICE : there are plenty of better and more honest options in this area. No need to make reservation, look first at the room and make an agreement about the price.
This hotel was our worst experience of our 3 weeks in Egypt.

The staff team were so kind and helpful.
They arranged a late check out for me last minute. Welcome drink of refreshing juice on the rooftop with amazing views of the pyramids. Perfect location for an early morning foot entrance by the sphinx.... liteally a minute walk. Close to Rooftop 7000 for some amazing food with views ( 2 minutes) .
View of pyramids from my room balcony wasn't perfect but real.
There is also a balcony view and sound of the reality of horse tourism in the area. If it bothers you, be prepared.
The shower in my room was missing a side by the toilet so soaking the bathroom was unavoidable. Given the price I didnt mind the bathroom issue and was prepared for the horse situation.

El hotel y sus servicios están muy bien, a metros del ingreso de la Esfinge.
Destaco la atención de todo el personal y las vistas desde la terraza, donde pasamos momentos inolvidables acompañados por música agradable durante el desayuno y la cena.
No tiene que ver con el hotel y sus servicios, pero el entorno de Giza es caótico y poco agradable.
