La gentillesse du personnel, la vue sur les pyramides, le prix très correct de la chambre

Cons:

Les nuits étaient assez bruyantes (portes des chambres qui claquent et bruits de serrure) mais pas de la faute du personnel

Buena atención del personal, muy cariñosos y atentos.
Con buena disposición.
También tiene una hermosa vista a las pirámides y está a unos pasos de la entrada principal.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Que necesita mantenimiento, la cama se hundía y hacía ruido al moverte, el colchón de resortes como vencidos.

El hotel esta ubicado frente a las pirámides, con una vista impresionante. Vas a amar las vistas. Las habitaciones limpias, exelente atención por parte de todos en el hotel sobre todo de mi amigo جمال quien te prepara unos desayunos estupendos y es muy atento. Todos en el hotel son muy amables y serviciales. Voy a extrañar mucho este lugar que fue mi hogar en estos 6 días!. Recomendado 100%. Gracias amigos 🤗 🙏

Rehana Pyramids Hotel’de Kusursuz Hizmet ve Muazzam Misafirperverlik!

30-31 Mayıs tarihlerinde ailece Rehana Pyramids Hotel'de konakladık ve kelimenin tam anlamıyla büyülendik. Otel, jest yaparak odamızı ücretsiz olarak upgrade etti (bir üst sınıfa yükseltti).

Çatı katındaki terasın manzarası tam anlamıyla nefes kesiciydi; kahvaltımızı yaparken piramitlerin o eşsiz görüntüsü ve tam karşımızda bize bakan Sfenks’in manzarası harikuladaydı. Kahvaltının kalitesi ve lezzetleri de çok başarılıydı.

Bizi asıl hayran bırakan ise otel müdürünün ve ekibinin muazzam ilgisi oldu. Uçak saatimiz geç olduğu için otelden çıkış yapmış olmamıza rağmen, sırf "çocuklar yorulmasın, rahatça dinlensinler" diye bize ücretsiz olarak geçici başka bir oda açtılar ve uçak saatimize kadar bizi ağırladılar.

Bu ince ve düşünceli davranışları bizi çok duygulandırdı. Ortamı, hizmeti ve insanlığıyla mükemmel bir otel. Her şey için otel müdürüne ve tüm ekibe sonsuz teşekkürler!

El terrat té unes vistes excel.lents i el van anar millorant durant la nostra estada, noves llums i acabats. És a poca distància a peu de l'entrada de les piràmides de Giza i molt aprop del GEM (cotxe). El personal va ser molt servicial, tothom es va esforçar al màxim per complaure'ns.

Cons:

Les instal.lacions necesiten anar millorant. El nou ascensor millora la comoditat però falta anar millorant els acabats en general. Has de demanar que et fagin la habitació, no la fan cada dia.

Uçağımız gece geç saatteydi, otelin sahibi Ahmed beye rica ettik ve bavullarımızın akşam 22 ye kadar otelde kalmasına izin verdi. Eşim ve çocuklarımın alt giriş kattaki oda da dinlemelerini ve wcleri kullanmalarına herhangi bir ücret talep etmeden müsade etti.Otel deki garsonlar çok kibar ve çok iyiler,herhangi bir bahşiş falan derdinde değiller.Otelin konumu mükemmel ve otel güvenilir.odaları temiz kahvaltı yeterli.
