Wonderful beach front property. A very chill vibe great for people who want peaceful or romantic settings. The staff was very friendly, the owner was so kind, he met us the first night in person to welcome us and was there throughout the stay making sure everything we needed was taken care of.

The location is amazing. The staff, cleanliness, room quality, and overall experience were all excellent.

The location was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and caring. The owner was always present and paid great attention to detail, especially when helping me with my tours. The food was also great, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the view from the deck was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place if you’d like to get away from the big resorts while still enjoying great quality and a more exclusive experience.

From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. Everything was wonderful – the food was delicious, the views breathtaking, the location perfect, and the rooms were always spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained.

What truly makes this place special, however, are the people. Every member of the team was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. No request was ever too much – they genuinely go above and beyond for their guests.

A very special thank you to the owner, Ahmet. As it was our first time in Zanzibar, his advice was incredibly valuable. He gave us great tips and helped us organize excursions, transfers and everything in between, always making sure we received great experiences at the best possible prices. Having someone so trustworthy and helpful made our stay even more special.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews, and we can wholeheartedly say that it was one of the best decisions we made. We did not regret a single second!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem stilvoll eingerichteten Hotel mit sehr guter Lage! Das Personal ist äußerst bemüht und freundlich, genauso die Leitung. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war stets sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag freuten wir uns auf das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und das ausgezeichnete Essen. Würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen!

The property was lovely, in nice location on Nungwi beach - the quiet end of the beach!! The furniture in the rooms is all made from recycled boat material - making it a lovely environment to stay in. Without exception all the staff at the hotel were really lovely, friendly and very helpful. The owner was very welcoming and made us feel like very valued guests

My favorite hotel in Zanzibar. The hospitality and service are truly top-notch, the beachfront views are incredible, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

Location is so good, just on the ocean, calm and quiet area. Well maintained property with a fantastic restaurant. Sunset is there, sunrise is there.. My stay there was remarkable🙏🏼

arkadaşlarımla gittim ve inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Oteli resmen denizin üstüne kurmuşlar. Çalışanların ilgisi, yemeklerin lezzeti, odadan gördüğümüz manzara her şey muhteşemdi. Seneye tekrar gelip aynı odada kalma hayaliyle ayrılıyorum Zanzibar’dan.

I’ve been to many places throughout the years but Dhow has to be the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

The location is amazing, right at the beach with an amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. The restaurant offers quality food of all kinds and the staff is very helpful and always positive.

The rooms are very clean and offer an even better view than the restaurant. We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony with a breathtaking view.

Last but not least I have to mention the owner Ahmet. I’ve never met a hotel owner like him. A likeable guy that offers his help and goes beyond whenever he can. We had a late flight back home and he offered us to stay till the evening, enjoy our last day, take a shower and head to the airport. I’ve never experienced such an offer or a person like Ahmet in this business.

We will come again for sure and I recommended the place to my entire family and friends. It doesn’t get any better.

Absolutely above our expectations - everything was perfect, the hotel, the beach, but what made extraordinary our stay was the owner, and staff who worked in the hotel. Thank you very much for making our stay like home.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Dhow Beach Boutique Hotel. La struttura è accogliente, curata e perfetta per rilassarsi. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e porteremo con noi un bellissimo ricordo della vacanza. Sicuramente una struttura che consiglierei e in cui tornerei volentieri!
