Espectacular
Pros:

Lo que se muestra en la web no es lo que un huesped encuentra.
Pros:

Ubicación: Bonita, céntrica, al final del malecón frente al Río Itaya. Pero buscaría otra ubicación para la siguiente visita.
Desayuno: muy bueno y el personal también, es una fortaleza que tienen y reconozco. En términos generales, el personal de counter, limpieza, desayuno muy buenos, empáticos, atentos, siempre con una sonrisa. Les felicito.
La cama si estuvo bien y me encantó las sábanas, un material encantador: frescas, suaves. Otra fortaleza.
Me encantó la recepción y la historia que muestra de la ciudad. Muy bonita y conmovedora. Nuestras mentes se transportaban a esa época y nos llenaba de sentimientos encontrados: prosperidad vs esclavitud.

Cons:

Habitaciones: la primera habitación, fatal. Oscura, sin ventilación, sin mallas para los insectos, las lámparitas de noche no funcionaban, el interruptor flojo y no cogía ni el cargador del teléfono, el closet no me gustó de aspecto viejo y no me atrevía a poner mi ropa, una mesita pequeña y una silla para dos personas insuficiente. Pedí cambio, no podía quedarme en esa habitación. El aire acondicionado daba directamente a la cama y al cuerpo, podía amanecer enferma y afectar mi estadía.
La segunda habitación estuvo mucho mejor. El aire acondicionado estuvo en mejor ubicación.
Las instalaciones en general necesitan mantenimiento y una modernización prioritaria. Los baños no son independientes de la habitación, solo lo separa una media pared, ese filo de la pared no es lisa. Puse ahí el shampoo y se cayó porque no está enlucida. No hay donde poner el jabón, shampoo en la ducha. Si uno de los huéspedes de la habitación ocupa el baño, la otra persona no puede ni usar el teléfono porque está expuesto el ruido o sonidos.
En la selva, las habitaciones deberían tener malla. A mi segunda habitación se metió una hormiga grande y una araña, que tal si no las veo.
El ambiente del bar/cafetería del ingreso MESSANINE los muebles daban el aspecto de sucios.
