I’d definitely stay here again! The hosts, the food the ambience was a 10 out of 10!!

We absolutely loved dinner, the wine and the courtyard we ate in! The mom of host was super sweet and welcoming! The cannoli were the absolute best!! They are also HUGE!! And fresh!! Everything we ate was fresh! The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing too!

Cons:

My only wish is that the twin beds were more comfortable! I’m 61 and my hips couldn’t get comfortable on the mattress. But everything else was perfect!!

Bella struttura, ma troppi aspetti da migliorare

Il personale inizialmente non ci ha spiegato molto bene come raggiungere il parcheggio.
Arrivati in hotel ed effettuato il check in, inizialmente, non siamo stati aiutati a portare i bagagli al secondo piano, quando si è accorto che eravamo in difficoltà, considerando anche l’assenza dell’ascensore, ci ha aiutato a portarli in camera.

La camera: il bagno non era pulito e la doccia aveva il pannello in plexiglas spaccato, con conseguenti perdite d’acqua, oltre a essere anch’essa sporca. Inoltre, non era presente il bidet, dettaglio che non ci era stato segnalato.

La camera, a nostro parere, non sembrava avere i 16 mq dichiarati e il letto era visibilmente più piccolo di un normale matrimoniale. Era presente una sola presa elettrica e siamo stati noi a dover richiedere una ciabatta. La vista dalla camera era decisamente poco piacevole, il frigorifero era sporco e non era presente una cassaforte. Anche la colazione è risultata piuttosto semplice e niente di particolare.

Dispiace soprattutto constatare che molte di queste criticità erano già state segnalate da altri ospiti nelle recensioni precedenti, ma a quanto pare non sono state prese sufficientemente in considerazione, visto che i problemi riscontrati continuano a essere gli stessi.
