L'isolation phonique est catastrophique. L'équipement de la salle de douche est vraiment 2 crans en dessous ce qu'on trouve habituellement dans les hôtels de cette catégorie

Tranquil, modernized convent with a delicious restaurant and a special location in hilltop town.
Pros:

Il Carmine convent was thoroughly modernized, in a tranquil location in Erice. Delicious food, comfortable and intriguing accommodation. Erice is a small mountain top town that attracts a crowd during the day so it’s fabulous to have Erice and its spectacular views to yourself in the evening. The restaurant serves specially prepared food and has choices to please. The chef and staff were very thorough and attentive.

Pros:

Historical place, very quiet rooms.
The location is unmatchable, with parking just outside the hotel (free during low season).

Cons:

The hotel can be a little different from one of the standard hotels in the city in terms of reception and room setting, but it is because of the history (once a monastery), and we find it without any problems.

Lieu calme mais avec un cerbère à l’accueil n’incitant pas à revenir!
Pros:

La localisation et le calme et la facilité de se garer ce qui en Sicile n’est pas toujours évident!
Bon petit déjeuner avec des produits frais!

Cons:

Le fait de nous informer avant notre séjour que la réception de l’hôtel est ouverte du matin au soir, mais que à notre arrivée à 13 h on trouve porte close et que on me claque le téléphone au nez lorsque je parviens à joindre une personne me répondant que je devrais savoir que la réception
est close de 12 a 14h, ce qui est par ailleurs en contradiction avec les règles écrites
de la maison (ouverture de la réception en journée sans interruption).
Par ailleurs on ne nous avait pas informé que le lundi le restaurant et le bar annexes à l’hôtel sont fermés !
