Pros:

The owners were very helpful. They helped us organize all our transportation to and from the airport and for the next day when we wanted to plan a day trip. Even if was really early in the morning or late in the evening. Their help was essential!

Pros:

Location overlooking the city amid the hills was peaceful and relaxing. The staff that look after the place, Milena and Ovidio, warm, welcoming, helpful and overall were excellent

Cons:

Facilities are limited, really the place could do with some investment and sprucing up. Mosquito nets would have been helpful

Cons:

The place is far from the city, and it was problematic to get a taxi there.
There are only two restaurants (walking distance) with overpriced food. No shops around. So, stock up before coming here.
The roads in some places were poor, and the taxi drivers were visibly distressed.
It was impossible to get a taxi from the finca to the airport (luckily, the finca manager can organise it for you).
