Fantastické bylo Wellness.Snídaně také výborné.Personál byl milý.Kolo jsem si mohl umístit do garáže.

Cons:

Matrace byly moc měkké.Páková baterie by chtěla vyměnit,vrzala při přepínání z teplé na studenou.Ve sprše se mění voda že studené na teplou aniž byste sáhli na pákovou baterii.Chybí klimatizace.byl jen ventilátor.

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang und es wurden alle wichtigen Infos besprochen. Schöner Spa Bereich, Handtücher und Bademantel lagen auf dem Zimmer.
Durften unser Motorrad in der Garage parken!
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Pobyt udany, jeśli będę wracać do Decin to na pewno do tego samego hotelu.
Pros:

Najbardziej podobała się cisza w okolicy jak i w pokoju. Czysto wszędzie. Śniadania dobre i w dobrym klimacie. Darmowy parking.

Příjemný hotel s dobrou dostupností výletových cílů. Velmi pěkný wellness a ochotný personál.
Pros:

Hotel má pěkný interiér a velmi pěkný design SPA. Jídla v restauraci byla chutná a personál byl velmi příjemný. Snídaně nebyly nijak vyjímečné, byl to už dnes standardní výběr - neměnný. Interiér byl velmi tichý. Příjemný je volný vstup do SPA (uzavírá se už ve 20 hod.) Výborné výchozí místo pro cesty do Hřenska, Bad Shandau, Děčína i Sněžník.

Cons:

Hotelové parkoviště nemá dostatečnou kapacitu pro počet pokojů.
(Nedá se parkovat v okolní ulici - jezdí tam MHD. Občas jsou volná 2 místa přímo u vchodu. )
U snídaně není (dnes naprosto běžný) kávovar. Káva se čerpá z "bandasky" ! U obsluhy nešlo objednat.
V pokoji byl velmi flekatý koberec, což je u 4* hotelu nepřijatelné.
SPA je v krásném stylu, dokonalý dojem kazí jen 2 lehátka v odpočívárně pro celé SPA.
Postel šířky jen 140cm.

Pokoj Economy - pro dva dostatečně velký na krátký pobyt. Koupelna krásná a čistá. Wellness úžasné. Snídaně bohaté.

Cons:

Pro 2 manželská postel příliš úzká a za mě měkká matrace. Ale vyspala jsem se celkem dobře. :-)

Das Restaurant hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist zwar eher sehr klein, dafür waren die warmen Gerichte sehr lecker und qualitativ gut.

Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal hervorheben, das für die Mittags- und Abend Gerichte zuständig war. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich als Gast dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Beim Frühstück war unser Eindruck leider etwas anders. Das Frühstückspersonal wirkte weniger aufmerksam, sodass hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial besteht.

Insgesamt können wir das Restaurant aufgrund des leckeren Essens und des sehr guten Services bei den Mittags- und Abend Gerichten empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider konnte uns das Hotel trotz der 4 Sterne und des beworbenen Spa-Bereichs nicht überzeugen.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße und war dadurch sehr laut. Zusätzlich kam Lärm von der darunterliegenden Restaurantterrasse, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch die Dusche war problematisch, da zeitweise nur kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung stand.

Das Frühstück empfanden wir für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel als enttäuschend und wenig abwechslungsreich. Es gab lediglich zwei Sorten Wurst und drei Sorten Käse. Der Kaffee kam aus einem Warmhaltebehälter und entsprach ebenfalls nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Auch der Spa-Bereich konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Der Whirlpool war kalt, im Poolbereich gab es keine Liegen zum Entspannen und die Sauna war mit nur einem Platz für etwa zwei Personen sehr klein.

Insgesamt hatten wir uns von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mit Spa deutlich mehr Komfort, Ruhe und Qualität erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns daher leider nicht.

Gut zum Entspannen in ländlicher Umgebung
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Da wir vor der Check-in-Zeit ankamen, konnten wir unser Gepäck zwischenzeitlich an der Rezeption abgeben. Dringend zu empfehlen: die Princess Suite!!! Sie ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen kann man durchaus leckere Speisen finden. Sehr zu empfehlen: Knödel mit Lendenbraten. Weniger zu empfehlen: Schnitzel mit Pommes frites, weil: sehr trocken und zu salzig. Aber super super toll: die Hauslimonade mit Maracujageschmack!!! Im Wellnessbereich kann man, besonders im kleinen Sprudelbecken, viel Spaß haben!!! Allerdings gibt es dort keine Liegen, sondern nur einige wenige Sessel, die durchnässen und nicht gerade zum Hinsetzen zwecks Verweilen einladen. Beim Check out war eine andere Mitarbeiterin gefühlt sehr streng und erkundigte sich bei mir, ob ich die Suite wohl auch ordentlich verlassen hätte. Eine von mir prompt vorgeschlagene gemeinsame Inspektion der Räumlichkeit lehnte sie jedoch ab.

Cons:

Princess Suite war zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reservierung nicht mit Geniusrabatt buchbar. Buchung war nur mit Vorauszahlung möglich.
