Excellent hotel, I’d recommend it to others.
Pros:

I like that the property was clean. Ari, Corey, and Natalie are staff members who I would like to recognize they were great with helping me with a few issues I were having. I’d highly recommend.

Cons:

I had troubles with opening my balcony door so I couldn’t really enjoy it but besides this everything was great.

Misleading listing and poor value — comfortable for only one guest

Cons:

I booked a “deluxe apartment” advertised as suitable for 4 adults, with a large bed and a sofa bed. In reality, the unit had one queen bed and a non-convertible sitting sofa, which is not usable for sleeping.

This created a very uncomfortable situation: two unrelated adults had to share one bed, while the sofa was completely unsuitable even for short rest. No proper bedding was provided for additional guests — only a thin throw instead of a blanket. As a result, I had to share one blanket with my friend, even though we had planned to sleep in separate spaces.

The apartment clearly does not meet the stated capacity. Even under the most generous assumption (2 on the bed, 1 on the sofa), it only accommodates 3 people — not 4.

Additionally:
• The unit provided was smaller than what was booked
• Equipment and supplies are clearly designed for 1–2 guests, not 4
• There was visible dust in the room — I had to clean it myself as it was moving around with airflow

For a property positioned as higher-end, especially with a $200/night deposit, this level of comfort is unacceptable.

The property refused to offer any resolution or compensation. I had to escalate the issue through Booking.

Recommendation:
If you are booking for more than 2 people, be prepared not only for discomfort but also for the possibility of having to share a single queen bed despite the listing stating accommodation for four guests.

Pros:

The location is great and the suite is well sized. Great views and met our need for one night of hosting.

Cons:

The staff was consistently rude and difficult to communicate with, before and during my stay (except the property manager, who was helpful). The Security deposit was unusually high, the assigned parking spot was taken (as were other guests’).
