It's all about the location and the balcony here. I felt like a bird up in my nest on the cliff. Extremely comfortable bed. Attentive friendly staff. Relaxing layed back place. The scrambled eggs were really good, fluffy and delicious. Transport is so easy and frequent to this location. The rock swimming is a dream.
No coffee machine!! You're booking this and paying for the view and the balcony, therefore the furniture in the balcony should be more comfortable. Also a lounger or deck chair should really be available to enjoy this area. I ended up on the ground lying on the beach towel. The bed is on the wrong side of the room for the view. €5 for the beach towel seemed a bit excessive considering what you're paying for the hotel. I thought I could stroll into the cafe's just down stairs but reservations were necessary.
Great location and seaviews
Die Penthouse Suite mit dem Whirlpool war einzigartig und eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Wir hatten anfangs ein zu kleines Zimmer, nach Nachfrage für ein Upgrade wurde uns die Penthouse Suite zur Verfügung gestellt. Anfangs hiess es die Differenz (Aufpreis) sei ca. 130 Euro, am kommenden Tag kam es zur Zahlung und die zuständige Person wollte uns zuerst den falschen Preis angeben. Wir machten Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass was nicht sein kann. Preis wurde angepasst aber war 60 Euro teurer wie am vorherigen Tag.
Ungefähr 20 Minuten später bekamen wir einen Anruf und uns wurde mitgeteilt, das wir erneut einen Tag bezahlen müssen, da Ihnen ein Fehler unterlaufen sei. Schlussendlich bezahlten wir fast 400 Euro also das dreifache wie vereinbart. Kein zuvorkommen der Mitarbeiter und schlussendlich war Sie noch genervt, als hätten wir den Fehler gemacht.
Sehr schade, da die Lage super wäre.
Reinigung mässig und das Bad stank nach Dreck-Abwasser.
Kaum Wasserdruck der Dusche, Whirlpool war dreckig und stinkte.
Schade, werden unseren Besuch nicht mehr erneut in Planung nehmen.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel qui bénéficie d'une vue sur le petit port absolument exceptionnelle.
Le petit balcon avec des parois vitrées qui permet d'en profiter en buvant un verre.
Le lit très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner qui offre un très bon choix.
La personne à l'accueil qui est très souriante et accueillante.
La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule.
La chambre, à cause de sa configuration en T est assez sombre.

Nada, todo genial.
Excellent hotel right on the beach. The room was spotless. The A/C spat out chilled air at all hours. The mattress was firm. And best of all, regardless of what was going on outside, the room was dead quiet. The breakfast was kinda sparce, but it was more than made up for by the superb service (there's an incredible house-proud lady who runs the place like her own kitchen - very impressive).
The building is a little narrow, and the place can feel a little cramped. When we got to the room, the soap dispensers in the shower were empty. But these are minor quibbles.
Top notch location, and very well run establishment

Beds were too firm. Found it very difficult to sleep. That was the only negative.

The location was absolutely stunning.

Only small issues were the the beds were quite hard and the pillows are due an upgrade. Also the air-conditioning kept turning off so it got very warm during the night.
Not negatives just FYI's for other travellers.
The hotel has no facilities. So make sure you request a room with a view because that's what you are paying for and its beautiful.
The hotel is in xlendi, which is a stunning little fishing village but its not close to the main tourist areas like Citadel or Victoria so its a bit off the beaten track for that but still only €10 and 20 mins in a taxi.
Theres only tiny bit of rocky beach so you would need to travel to Ramla beach 20 mins away to a sandy beach.
Front/Block/Above is a lovely modern restaurant and bar close by. The mushroom pasta in the boat house restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious.

I loved this gorgeous boutique hotel - the view from the balcony was so beautiful and the room itself was very comfortable - huge bed with smart tv facing it, perfect for relaxing! Breakfast was delicious and full fry up made to order as well. The bay is lovely to walk around so it is really good location
It is on the more expensive side, I think you can achieve the same great quality slightly cheaper especially off season. But the stay was amazing and would have stayed longer if not for the price
