Pros:

Prócz lokalizacji nic mi się nie podobało.

Cons:

Największe zastrzeżenia mam do czystości w pokoju oraz świeżości śniadań. Czystość w łazience zostawiała wiele do życzenia. Świeżość produktów na śniadaniu nie zachęcała do jedzenia. Ser czy wędliny były wyschnięte.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, in die Innenstadt fußläufig 10-15 Minuten, coole Villa aus der Gründerzeit, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Dobry nocleg na 1 noc w Ostrawie.
Pros:

Dużym atutem hotelu jest jego świetna lokalizacja, w pięknej willi w cichej, ale centralnie położonej części Ostravy, niedalego jest aquapark, korty tenisowe, park, oraz ratusz miejski, bardzo fajne tereny spacerowe. Obsługa obiektu jest miła i uczynna. Jest piękny taras, na którym można zjeść śniadanie i posiedzieć.

Cons:

Pokój 001, w którym zostaliśmy zakwaterowani niezbyt nam się podobał, bo znajdował się w przyziemiu, w którym są zagrzybione ściany i czuć nieprzyjemną woń (które nie da się zlikwidować środkami zapachowymi). Ze względu na połozenie, w pokoju jest też dosyć ciemno. Nadaje się on do spania na 1 noc, ale nie za bardzo do mieszkania w ciągu dnia. Śniadanie było ok, ale w bufecie znajdowało się też sporo nieświeżych produktów (suchy ser i nieswieżo wyglądające wędliny) co nie robiło zbyt dobrego wrażenia.

Tikrai paslaugus ir malonus personalas. Aiškiai ir rūpestingai pateikta informacija apie įsiregistravimą. Kambarys didelis ir patogus, lovos patogios.

Pasenusi vonios įranga, sunkiai užsidarančios girgždančios durys, ypatingai garsiai ūžiantis senas vonios ventiliatorius, kuris labai girdisi šalia esančiame miegamajame, seni rankšluosčiai apdriskusiais kraštais byloja apie tai, kad viešbutis gyvuoja jau labai daug metų ir kai kurios vietos prašosi būti atnaujintos.
Pusryčiai negausūs, karšto maisto buvo vienas pasirinkimas. Pjaustytas maistas atrodė apdžiuvęs, o vynuogės - neplautos.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich tatsächlich wie der Name vermutet lässt in einer alten charmanten Villa. Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. In der Stadtmitte von Ostrava. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und auch Video überwacht, was uns wichtig war. Frühstück war absolut gut. Der Kaffee war sehr gut.

Pros:

Personalen var mycket trevlig och vänlig. Frukosten var god och relativt riklig i förhållande till hotellets storlek. AC funkade jättebra i vårt rum (familjerum).
Det ligger i ett lugnt område nära parken och floden. På andra sidan gatan ligger ett stort badhus (som vi tyvärr inte hann besöka).

Cons:

Möbleringen är äldre och murrig, med knarrande sängar. En del uppskattar stilen, andra inte.
