Great hotel in a great spot
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and a very comfortable place to stay in the hot and humid Iquitos jungle. The views from the rooftop bar and pool over the Amazon River are excellent. Room was very nice and did exactly what was needed.

Buen hotel pésima atención en recepción

El cuarto.

Cons:

El espacio de desayuno. Es muy reducido. Asimismo, al momento de pedir factura haciendo mención que los datos de la empresa habían cambiado fueron descorteces al afirmar que la factura sale según la información de SUNAT. Lo cual es correcto pero siempre se queda prefijado la última vez que se coñoca el nro de RUC y, en mi caso, se debe volver a actualizar los datos acorde a la info en Sunat. Sin embargo, más de un personal de recepción omitía mis comentarios y se negaban a realizar esa verificación y uno en especial me cortaba la conversación con " Eso es todo". Lo encontré poco profesional para un hotel de esa categoría.

Lugar excelente para quedarse!
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente, tiene mucha variedad y opciones con ingredientes regionales también. Además, cuenta con aire acondicionado en la habitación, necesario para el clima de Iquitos. Además está a solo unos pasos de la plaza de Iquitos.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido por las noches, proveniente del restaurante/bar del último piso. Duró hasta aproximadamente media noche y luego pasó. No es grave para quienes tenemos sueño pesado pero puede ser un problema para quienes les cuesta dormir.

Cons:

No tenía: frigobar, caja fuerte, crema para cuerpo. La secadora de pelo la tuve que pedir, tampoco había en la habitación. Los dispensadores de Shampu y jabón, muy duros, costaba que saliera el líquido
Para ser 4 estrellas lo encontré un poquito simple

Excelente vista y ubicación.
Pros:

La vista del roof top y la ubicación del hotel, además del atento servicio del personal en general. El desayuno básico.

Cons:

El baño de la primera habitación que me tocó dejaba mucho por desear, la ducha no estaba del todo bien cuidada.
