Pros:

The hotel fully met my expectations. It is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city center, while also being on the edge of the city with a beautiful view of the Amazon.
I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and very clean the hotel is. The rooftop pool was amazing, with a truly breathtaking view. There is also a sky bar, which can be a little noisy in the evening, but it was nothing too disturbing. The rooms are well insulated and relatively quiet.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional.
I was very happy with my stay. If I need to spend another night in Iquitos, I will definitely come back to this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Excellent hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant, great staff, and a great location. We were upgraded to a suite the first 2 times we went there and boy, they are AMAZING! unfortunately the third time we didn't get the upgrade so the room was rather small, but adequate, clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend.

Very pleasant & comfortable 4-star hotel in Iquitos
Pros:

After spending five sweaty days in the jungle, with extremely basic accommodations, I was ready for a couple of days of luxury! For a 4-star hotel, the price was not excessive. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was as comfortable as one could want. The shower had hot water in the shower the first day but strangely, not on the second day. The air-conditioning made me not want to leave the room! The staff were friendly and helpful at the reception as well as in the downstairs restaurant. There’s a great breakfast buffet with a large variety of food and it goes until 11am. On the top floor there’s a smallish pool, a few lounge chairs, and a lovely view of the Amazon River. You can order food or drinks here. Other than screaming children jumping non-stop in the pool, it was a pleasant place to spend a few hours. A floor below the pool area is the Sky Bar, which seems to be a popular place to hang out.

I ate dinner two times at the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was good and only marginally more expensive than other good restaurants in town.

Cons:

There was some noise that could be heard in my room in the evening until late at night. I’m not sure if it was from the Sky Bar or from a place across the street from my room. It didn’t prevent me from falling asleep., however. Also, I couldn’t find even one TV channel that had news or movies in English. Disappointing.
