Pros:

La disposición del personal para atender y colaborarte con cualquier requerimiento. Made en recepción es una gran persona, me hizo sentir definitivamente en casa, hemos ido a otros hoteles pero está chica de verdad un 20 en atención al cliente!

Cons:

Ciertos detalles del apartamento requieren de arreglos y mantenimientos aunque no afectan la comodidad se ve antiestético!

Cons:

La persona que me atendió a todo decía que no antes de intentar solucionar algun inconveniente, no tenía para pago de tarjeta, no aceptanban dolares, después de aceptar los dolares no me quería darme el cambio en moneda local, la página incluía el taxi y el hotel no queria reconocerlo, después q me lo pidieron no le notificaron al taxista que ellos lo pagarían, asi que tuvimos que llamar al hotel desde el aeropuerto, la habitación daba a la calle y era extremadamente ruidosa. Creo que si me dan la habitación gratis, NO volvería.
