Pros:

Small basic room but clean enough and in the best location close to gate number 5. Beautiful patio and terrace. You can rent a bicycle from the guesthouse and leave luggage if you need on the check out day.

Cons:

When I stayed, the owner of the place was not there. Instead, there was a young boy who needs to learn to be a bit more educated and work on his communication skills - talking to him I didn't know if he didn't understand what I was saying, if he totally ignored me or if he was laughing in my face. Felt a little bit uncomfortable because of that and also because of how the house keeping woman was silently staring at me without a single smile.
Other than that good, and it seems that when the owner is there it's all good.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and some days there was a very unpleasant and strong smoke smell from outside, think they were burning something nearby. The room also smelled of cigarettes at arrival before I put some incense.

考虑到房价低，还算可以吧
Pros:

酒店员工比较热情，酒店离大巴车站，蓝毗尼文化园入口，饭店都很近

Cons:

最不满意是房间的蚊子太多，第一晚根本无法入睡，只能用衣服包着头睡。第二晚把房间的风扇开到最大驱赶蚊子才睡得好一些

Surpassed my expectations!
Pros:

There’s a very relaxed friendly atmosphere at the Lumbini Village Lodge right from the warm welcome. It’s peaceful although in the main street and also close to the Mayadevi temple. Nothing was too much trouble for Jupiter and his helpers.

Would return to this place when in Lumbini again
Pros:

Location at gate 5, nearby entrance to Sacred Garden and near bus stop. Staff and owner are kind people, eager to help with anything, booking transportation, recommended activities within Lumbini, offers tours/bike rentals. Clean and comfortable beds. Even has cafe/restaurant available
