I like the simplicity of the place

Cons:

Noisy :
-Water pump from the neighbors starting at 5am, the one from the hotel started at 6am.
> I complained but it seems normal to them
-An opening on the wall above the door made evrysound from the common space coming in.

Mattress was hard

I asked for a large bed bedroom and got a small one.

Very friendly owner ,good room ,very clean and good beds. Comfortabele and als good value fot the money. Great breakfast in a beatiful restaurant

Great Budget Choice in Lumbini
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic value for money. Comfortable room within short walk of Gate number 5, tourist bus stop and restaurants.

Super sejour je recommande cet hôtel.
Pros:

Bon emplacement personnel très attentionné
La cour intérieure est paisible du coup on est un séparé de la route c est bien. Matelas confortable et proximité du restaurant.

Cons:

La salle de bain toujours mouillée par une petite fuite d eau.

Nice stay in Lumbini!
Pros:

The owner is so funny and welcoming and the guy working in the hotel is super kind and helpful. Loved the position and the atmosphere inside (what a nice yard with all the flags!). So kind, they gave me the room at 7 am as I git there so early after a night spent on the bus.

Cons:

Hot water for the shower was missing, even after asking for it I had to wait for half an hour and still it didn't come. And light in the toilet was missing as broken.
