Pros:

Very good location, snd the room was quiet for good sleep.

Cons:

The pillows in the beds was very bad. The pilows were too think, and no options for more slim ones.

Increíble lugar
Pros:

Maravillosa ubicación, con una vista espectacular al Rijksmuseum y facilidad de movilidad dentro y fuera de la ciudad. Excelente servicio de las aseadoras y los tres recepcionistas. Diseño moderno con estilo. Acogedor y delicioso café. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel. My stay was quite disappointing for several reasons:
(1) There is no 24/7 reception, which caused inconvenience.
(2) The hot water was completely unavailable throughout the entire night, so I was unable to take a shower at all — this turned my stay into a nightmare.
(3) Prior to arrival, I received around 10–15 emails from the hotel, which felt annoying.
(4) The room was very small.

Clean & Classy & Great Location!
Pros:

The room was perfect! Modern and tasteful. A little on the smaller side but the air conditioning was effective and it was very clean. Staff were lovely. Very great location, close to everything but not loud at night.
