Im großen und ganzem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, da wir als Familie gemeinsam unterwegs waren!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir haben es sehr genossen.
Das Hotel ist zum Wohlfühlen, Terrasse, Speisesaal und Barbereich sind sehr geschmackvoll!

Cons:

Wir hatten leider zwei Zimmer genau über der Einfahrt zur Casinogarage, es war in der Nacht sehr laut. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, konnte man das Fenster in der Nacht nicht öffnen um das Zimmer abzukühlen!
Wettermäßig war es untertags sehr schwül, daher auch die Zimmer. Außenrollos waren leiden auch nicht vorhanden.

Mogen wel wat meer bedjes. Als je iets later terug bent is er gewoon geen mogelijkheid om ergens te liggen/zitten of iets te pakken.
Je wilt toch ook niet in de hand werken dat mensen handdoekje gaan leggen. Je zou het haast gaan doen....

NO NO NO. Better places to stay!
Pros:

Lobby and restaurant building had charm. We however were put up in a rundown adjacent apartment building.

Cons:

It was old. Carpet was filthy. Smelled. Room design was hideous. It was very hot and we had to keep the balcony door open to breathe. It was the loudest place ever and I lived in NYC for 40 years.

A beautiful hotel with a perfect pool spa area at the heart of Zell Am See
Pros:

Beautiful hotel just mintues from the lake. The pool and spa areas are just lovely. We had the pool to ourselves in the mornings and only a few people were there the rest of the day which really added to the experience. There are shops, restaurants and supermarket mintues away. A great spot for couples, families (it's also dog friendly!) as a base for exploring the area. The inside-outside pool means that it can be used no matter the weather which is a huge plus.

Cons:

Just a few things to keep in mind- the rooms are not air conditioned and some that are on the sunny side get quite warm. We requested a fan which arrived promptly.
Also, the train tracks are very close (the train in Zell Am See passes right in the center of the town) so you can hear it from your room. It doesn't run at night but just something to keep in mind if you are noise sensitive.

Charming relaxing stay with a view
Pros:

The hotel has charm but also updated modern bathroom/room comfort all in one! Location is great and having a small but clean and well maintained spa sauna made the stay very relaxing. Not to mention we had great views of the mountain and lake from our fourth floor room balcony.

Cons:

A chair to sit inside the room (there was a bench at foot of bed but since has no back, not too comfortable to sit on) would have made our stay even better. But mind you there are patio chairs on the balcony.
