Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum aber doch nicht Laut. Wellness Bereich sehr schön. Alles Top!

Ansonsten war es gemütlich! Aber zum wellnessen für jemanden der Ruhe sucht, eher nicht geeignet!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich!

Cons:

Es war sehr schade konnte man sich in der Wellnesszone nicht ruhig zurück ziehen und zb lesen! Es sollte eine klar abgrenzbare Ruhezone geben! Es war sehr laut! Das war extrem schade!

Spa, pool, location, character, room decor and size all great. Free bike hire also great.

Cons:

Uncomfy mattress, duvet and pillows. No air con or room fan so way too hot, couldn’t sleep. Had to have balcony door open but still too hot and made it very noisy.
No coffee machine in room or even coffee sachets- really poor for a luxury room. No extras like hand cream / biscuits / still bottled water which i’d also expect at that price.
Some reception staff could be a little warmer/ friendlier.

Solides Hotel, aber im Sommer für uns leider keine Wiederholung
Pros:

Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, E-Bikes können hier gemietet werden! Gym ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer, die sich trotz normaler Sommertemperatur total erhitzen! Darauf wurde leider nicht reagiert, auch die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern deutlich moderner aus, als sie es tatsächlich sind. Viele Kids und Familien sind hier unterwegs, daher weniger ein klassisches Romantikhotel.

Great place for a hiking holiday
Pros:

Amazing location right by the lake. You also get the Zell am See summer card for free through them, which gets you loads of things for free, e.g. transports, cable cars, entrance to all lidos etc

Cons:

Windows are letting through all sorts of noise from the outside

Also a proper door to the bathroom would be great. I really don't need to watch my friend on the loo or have a shower ..

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily return!
Pros:

The room was modern and clean, the facilities were great especially the pool and spa, and being able to use bicycles for free! Also having the summer card was a fantastic bonus.

Cons:

It was a little warm without air con but a fan was provided when I asked.

Cozy room with balcony, very centrally located and easily reachable by train, nice wellness area and garden, close to the lake, bike rental for free is a great bonus!

Cons:

the woman at check-in was not welcoming at all, not motivated to do her job; not many veggie/plantpased options at dinner;

Pros:

Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Hotel gar nicht genug loben. Wir haben jeden Moment unseres Aufenthalts in unserem modern eingerichteten Zimmer mit Sauna und Kamin genossen. Auch der SPA-Bereich des Hotels hat uns wunderbar verwöhnt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptions- und Hotelpersonal. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
