I probably will not be back to this property.
Pros:

Property is outside and inside is nice . Very elegant decor and ect . Property internally is clean and nice . You can smell the cleanliness and I like that . House keeping is doing a great job. I called morning of check out for a towel and they were quick and prompt with delivery.

Cons:

Property is decent; however, the parking situation is odd and uncomfortable. There is no street parking, self-parking lot, or parking structure available to guests, so you are forced to valet your vehicle. What makes even less sense is that valet simply parks your car in the parking garage attached to the hotel building. On top of that, you are charged a $27 valet fee plus expected tips every single time you take your vehicle in and out, which becomes very expensive and was definitely not something I expected.

For 1 night stay for over $209.00 you’d think breakfast would’ve been included in the reservation.

Coffee creamer is limited to 1 small creamer per person which is a very small amount.
Chandler light in room at table fell on my husband’s head after hitting it while attempting to sit down . He fixed it .

Also, upon check-in, the front desk/guest services experience was unpleasant. The older blonde woman assisting us had very off and unwelcoming energy. Her demeanor felt awkward and intense, she barely made eye contact, and she did not seem friendly at all. She appeared irritated to help and as though she did not want to be there. It made the entire check-in process feel uncomfortable and awkward.

I did not eat breakfast just coffee :)

Cons:

Parking fee is a little high and I didn't get my Hilton points from my stay there in August and then in March because I booked on Hotels.com but I didn't know I wasn't getting points and I just booked the Capital Hilton in DC the same way and found out I'm not getting points there either... big bummer....

It’s wonderful for first time, but I wouldn’t stay there again. I love the convenience of getting my car myself.
Pros:

Clean & Welcoming. Amazing Pool!!!

Cons:

Valet parking only no self parking. Also, when it came to eating in the buffet, there was only one table for the entire customers we weren’t allowed to sit in the other area. And when I ordered room service, I was told I was gonna pay a little bit more for room service.

Great location for Knotts Berry Farm - Connecting rooms - Great hotel

Great new Hilton hotel - ticked all the boxes as you would expect from Hilton. Great outdoor Pool area and heated pool. Great connecting rooms. Great stay,

Cons:

Everything was good. - Maybe due to the time of year, (April) no drink pool service. - that would of improved things.
