Pros:

Ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht en 20 min lopen naar restaurantjes. We konden vroeg ontbijten omdat we om 7.30 uur richting de trein moesten. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er zat een kuil in het matras waardoor we beiden niet lekker hebben geslapen en rugpijn krijgen. Ook zaten er vlekken in de meubels.

Literally everything was just exceptional. We can hardly experience this good in this hard time of Sri Lankan tourism of Nuwara Eliya. Super clean , Good foods , peaceful environment

It was good
Pros:

the breakfast great. The chef went out of his way to make me a delicious vegetarian meal for breakfast which was great.
My hubby really enjoyed the fluffy omelette and delicious chicken sausages
The room was quite spacious and had a great view of the waterfalls and nature/lakeside.
staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

no aircon in the room although the staff assisted with a heater as the room was cold especially the flooring

the place was empty due to renovations which made it a bit lonely . We were the only guests there.
perhaps keep a blanket as spare should there be need .

Staff were so welcoming and helped us with our bags and arranged everything we needed. Room was lovely and spacious and clean.

Pros:

Apartament trochę na uboczu ale bez problemu w kilkadziesiąt minut można dotrzeć do centrum spacerem. Pokoje ok, niemnuej wymagają już odświeżenia. Miły i pomocny personel. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Mai più un hotel senza verificare con google street!!!!

La colazione é stata l'unica cosa positiva.

Cons:

Hotel difficile da raggiungere con niente intorno, no market, solo un altro hotel.
Personale gentile ma poco collaborativo: ci ha detto che non c'erano ristoranti in zona e poi abbiamo scoperto che l'altro hotel aveva il ristorante: echeccavcolo!!!
Stanza minimalista, letti e bagno, muffa alle pareti del soffitto.
Finiture da sistemare, direi che è un vecchio hotel ormai in sfacelo.
La notte si sentivano i cani abbaiare, non ci hanno lasciato dormire.

One of the Best Stays in Nuwara Eliya!
We booked this place at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by how great the stay turned out to be! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, with an extra heater provided, which made a big difference in the cool Nuwara Eliya weather. Breakfast was delicious and conveniently served right to our room. We especially loved the cozy and beautifully designed common area — it was the perfect place to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!
