Pros:

La rapidez del personal para resolver la reserva que hicimos a último momento. El personal que trabaja ahí es muy amable y resolutivo, el recepcionista es increíble hasta en la forma de hablar con tanta pasión y respeto. Volveríamos por el!

Quizás la habitación no estaba tan limpia como debería, al bañarnos se tapó la ducha porque estaba tapada de cosas pero no fue un problema grave

Cons:

Las paredes del hotel super finas se escucha absolutamente todo, por si fuera más se pusieron a taladrar a la 1 de la mañana. También las fotos de la habitación nada que ver con las de booking, la habitacion era diminuta con suerte entraba la cama. Tambien la ducha estaba sucia.

Don't visit Egypt. It is not safe!

I went to the hotel at 11:00 and asked if the room was ready so I and my girlfriend could check in earlier. They told me to wait 1 h because my room was being cleaned, and then I could check in. I waited for 1 hour, and after they told me the room was not ready yet. We went out, and when we returned at 8pm, there was no room. They told me the room I booked had problems with the toilet, which I did not believe because if it were so, they would have told me that before. They wanted to give me another room (without the pyramid view as the one I paid for), and when we went to check it, it was busy with other customers. We were tired, and we wanted to rest and have a shower, but we were without a room even though it was 9pm and cold outside. After the staff showed us another hotel called Nine Pyramids View so we could accommodate for the night. We checked 3 rooms until we chose the "most" appropriate one (which still had the WC moved when you sat). But the other rooms were with insects inside and with mildew. Also, the WiFi didn't work, and there was no signal for the roaming to work. We asked several times for the wifi to be fixed, but they didn't. And by the way we did not eat breakfast because it started at 7:30, which is too late to catch the agenda of the day.
