Paz y tranquilidad en la puerta del parque Tayrona
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodas y gratas habitaciones y una muy buena pileta.
Todo el staff es muy agradable y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

L'eden all'interno di un paradiso
Pros:

Il Rancho Ton è l'eden all'interno di un paradiso. Ad accoglierci c'era una fantastica piscina che, dopo le giornate nel fantastico mare caraibico, ci aiutava a concludere la giornata. Maria e tutti i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno "viziato" per tutto il nostro soggiorno sempre con un sorriso e la massima disponibilità. Le spiagge e la natura che circonda il Rancho Ton sono qualcosa di impagabile. Grazie davvero a tutti

Cons:

Si percepisce che la struttura è nuova e ancora in via di conclusione. Completare le ultime rifiniture renderebbe questo posto ancora più bello di quello che è già. Nulla di "invalidante" o brutto, è solo un consiglio per passare dal 9,9999 al 10!

Estancia regular en el parque Tayrona
Pros:

La posibilidad de estar en el parque sin tener que entrar y salir. La habitación amplia para tres personas y camas cómodas. Estructura muy bonita y de la cual se podría sacar muchísimo provecho. El chico que nos atendió en cocina muy amable y la comida muy rica. Camas muy cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza por todos lados. Lo que más me sorprende es que estando solo nosotros no hayan ni barrido el suelo de la habitación antes de llegar, armario lleno de polvo, baño con pelos, incluso la neverita estaba sucia. Pedimos dos veces la toalla ya que a la llegada no había en la habitación, en las mesas del restaurante nunca se ha pasado un trapo para limpiarlas minimamente - alli seguian las latas y servilletas de nuestra cena del día anterior -. También el momento de pagar fue muy incómodo por el trato recibido, sin entrar en más detalles.

Pros:

El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza dentro del parque tayrona (no pagarás los 20$ que cuesta la entrada al estar alojado aquí). Las habitaciones son enormes y están muy bien equipadas con todo lo necesario. El personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. El desayuno es muy completo, para comer o cenar tienen una carta extensa y deliciosa. La piscina es enorme y está en perfectas condiciones. Con respecto a las excursiones, el mismo hotel las organiza sin ningún problema, al igual que dispone de taxista para tu recogida en el aeropuerto. Da gusto alojarse en sitios como este, sin duda lo recomendaré y volveré.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena en el Rancho Ton Hotel ! Gracias al equipo y más que todo a María que nos sirvió con mucho profesionalismo durante nuestra estadía.

Tienen que tomar en cuenta que no se puede hacer senderismo por esta entrada del parque. Sin embargo, el hotel ofrece opciones de transporte por si necesitan.

Cons:

L’odeur du poulailler à côté est terrible. La saleté (plancher sale dans la salle de bain, moisissures dans le lavabo) la négligence (il nous manquait un drap contour dans notre lit, les murs sont abîmés et le mobilier est cassé), la nourriture est très ordinaire et le service très peu attentionné. Le gérant ne communique que par WhatsApp alors que le wifi ne se rend pas dans notre chambre et qu’il n’y a pas de réseau autour de l’hôtel ni dans le parc. Maria semblait effrayée de nous parler comme nous ne parlons pas espagnol et fuyait à la première occasion.

Un lugar exelente dentro del parque. Se puede acceder a unas playas hermosas. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas y la atención del gerente y todo el personal fué muy cálida.
Estubieron todos el tiempo pendientes de nuestras necesidades.
Realmente nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Cons:

Está muy próximo a la entrada, nosotros fuimos con vehículo y creo que es importante aclarar que las playas están lejos para ir caminando...

Amazing place to rest and enjoy vacation. It is close to beautiful beaches from the Tayrona Park. The food was delicious, and the staff was very polite. It was worth it. I really recommend this place. You can even schedule all the tours with the manager very easy.

Cons:

The fact that you need to take transportation to the main road and then take a bus to go to the main Tayrona Park's entrance. However, you can even schedule this with the manager of the hotel without any problem.
