El desayuno estuvo bien, pero se tardó mucho

Cons:

La habitación y las habitaciones en general les falta mantenimiento. No tienen agua caliente en las duchas. La atención fue regular, muy lento el servicio de cocina, muy costoso para lo que ofrece el hotel.

Pros:

Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes!

Has potential but I do not recommend
Pros:

The property is well landscaped, spacious and very green. The pool area is for the most part well maintained. The staff was limited but friendly and helpful. The food was good quality and nicely presented.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the bathroom. Neither sink nor shower.
The outdoor jacuzzi was cold. Not even warm. First time I have experienced a cold jacuzzi.
We were the only two people in the restaurant and our dinner was nicely presented but served cold.
The hotel offered massage therapists but there were none available in the morning.
The front desk person was not on site when we checked out and the bartender/waiter and the maid struggled to check us out.
I really expected a little better for $165.00 usd/night
