Disappointed in Dallas
Pros:

The location was ok

Cons:

The room was not clean, had roaches and the entire hotel smelled like onions. The towels in the bathroom had stains and hair on them, and there was a pair of dirty men's underwear behind the trash can, which the staff never came to get or do anything about. The staff stated that they could not bring up towels or toilet paper that we had to go to the desk to get them. Staff stated that they would spray the room for bugs and never came up to spray or clean. The room or pool looks nothing like the pictures.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had
Pros:

Good location, not far from city centre, bars and shops.

Cons:

Run down, unclean, our keycards stopped working every few hours leading to many trips to reception. The shower was faulty, the sink was backing up, the elevator was slow and the pool was out of service.

Le projecteur LED nocturne sur la façade de l'hôtel provoque une forte luminosité dans la chambre, même rideau fermé.

Old building. But good for the price.
Pros:

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Bathroom door stuck. Had to slam it hard to shut all the way.

In the mornings the water pressure
Must have been very low as it took very long to refill toilet.

Pros:

The room was clean, the water pressure was too good.

Cons:

Due to the water pressure being so high, the restroom door has water damage, and was not able to close. It also made it so that everything in the restroom ended up wet/soaked, including the toilet paper.
