Todo espectacular, tienen en cuente el más mínimo detalle en la decoración, las habitaciones, zonas sociales todo impecable, la atención excelente Jorge estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, el contacto con la naturaleza permite una desconexión total, no quería que acabaran nuestras vacaciones
Location in the middle of nature
They are a bit short staffed, they need to train staff better. For instance, when bringing meat a steak knife should automatically be brought. Wife asked for medium well was brought medium. Told to cook a bit more came back same way. Person who brought to cabin did not explain how to work everything. Key was not provided to cabin right away. No shampoo in shower. Wanted to book horseback riding but couldn’t do because had to do through manager who did not come in until noon. Beautiful place but for the prices they charge, they should have all details covered. Would still recommend if only for the location and beautiful setting and physical facilities. Also, seeing the monkeys in their natural habitat. They just have to tighten service that for the price the guest should not have to think about.
