Het zwembad was niet toegankelijk door werkzaamheden en dit stond niet bij de booking. Had daarom ook dit hotel gekozen!!

La ubicación, la limpieza, la atención del personal y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.
Staff was excellent providing extended late checkout. Breakfast was also included. They also had a nice lobby area that made it easy to work remotely.
Hotel is a bit dated in areas and the rooms do not have a minifridge. Not make or break for a short stay.

We‘ve booked the hotel because of one reason - the free airport shuttle.
And exactly this did not work!
We tried to arrange pickup service a few days before but we got the feedback that we have schedule it when we were ready at the airport.
We tried as we were told but we did not get any response. We were forced to get a ridiculously expensive taxi to the taxi.
When we are explained it to the staff. We did not got any apology/compensation.
They explained to me that the shuttle service is a different company and they know that something like that can happen.
I am not interested in the company structure organization.
I wanted the shuttle for which i paid and no bs.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel!!!
Todo bien en general, cerca del aeropuerto llegue a la media noche y fueron por nosotros para llevarnos al hotel es algo bueno ya que los taxis suelen ser caros uncluyendo distancias cortas
habia un poco de ruido en la madrugada pero supongoo era gente que iba llegando o saliendo del hotel
La cercanía y el shuttle al aeropuerto
La televisión no funcionaba y lo peor cuando llamé a recepción, la persona me indicó que le iba a dejar mensaje al del siguiente turno y ojo yo solo estaría esa noche. Por otro lado, la ducha no tenía cortina y todo se mojaba al bañarse. La verdad muy mala experiencia, comparado con hoteles que también en este viaje, cuyos precios eran más bajos y mucha mejor atención. Creo que no volvería a utilizarlo.
Puedo entender que pasen cosas, pero que uno reporte y no resuelvan..me parece de muy mal gusto. Ya eran las 9 y tantos de la noche y la verdad estaba tan cansado que no quise peleármelo esa noche. Ojalá estos comentarios ayuden a resolver para otras personas y que no tengan Que vivir esta experiencia.
The rooms are simple but nice, the installations clean
The friendliness of the staff could definitely use some improvement, breakfast was very scarce. Communication regarding the shuttle pickup at the airport was not enough.
