Fuyez. Il y a bien mieux à l’aéroport.

WiFi ok. Personnel ok.

Cons:

Pas si proche de l’aéroport. Il y a bien mieux accessible carrément à pied ! Une bonne partie des chambres ont un énorme mur ou building en vis-à-vis immédiat, coupant la lumière. Bruits de voisinage et couloir hallucinants. Esthétiquement horrible. Le pire petit déjeuner jamais vu dans ma vie !

Attente et réservation de la navette pour se rendre à l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport un peu compliquées. Numéro de téléphone a appelé dès l'arrivée pas très réactif.

Would not recommend or return.
Pros:

No shuttle because they do not answer their phone. Breakfast was so-so. Would not provide shuttle to Tren Maya station, although it is 2 km from the airport. We had to take another taxi.

Pros:

Чисто, неплохой завтрак, рядом с аэропортом

Cons:

Кондиционер находится прямо над кроватью. Даже при минимальном fan очень некомфортно дует в голову. А без кондиционера душно. Окно не открывается.

Wenn der shuttle funktioniert hätte, wäre es für 1 Nacht ok gewesen.
Pros:

Zimmer war groß, Frühstück für Preis/Leistung gut.

Cons:

Der im Angebot inkludierte Flughafenshuttle hat bei der Abholung trotz telefonischem Kontakt nicht funktioniert. Das hat uns 40 Dollar zusätzlich gekostet. Das Personal hat sich hilflos gestellt. Im Zimmer war kein Fenster zu öffnen.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce przed lub po locie transfer i śniadanie w cenie!
Pros:

Bardzo nam się podobało. Spaliśmy tylko jedną noc przed wylotem i skorzystaliśmy w bezpłatnego transferu na lotnisko - wszystko poszło zgodnie z planem. Wiadomo że jest to hotel 3 gwiazdkowy więc byliśmy na to przygotowani.

Panie na recepcji które nie chały języka angielskiego.

For the price we paid it was disappointing over all.
Pros:

Airconditioning functions well
Bed was decently comfortable
Bathroom was nicely done

Cons:

2 shower towels for 3 people in one of our rooms
1 shower towel for 2 people in the second room
0 hand towels and 0 face cloths
Breakfast was poorly stocked
Not given enough information about where the shuttle would be and we waited for 2 hours for pick up. Even after multiple calls to the hotel and pictures sent of the location we were at the staff couldn’t tell us we were at the wrong “welcome bar”.

Cons:

Staff didn't orient me to facility amenities other than kitchen, some didn't speak English, area is very isolated and industrial, room is dark even with lights on. Blowdryer didn't work. White blind wouldn't go all the way up. View of parking garage

The room was okay, but loud, since there is construction next door. The free shuttle to the airport was great. It was very isolated, however, and I would advise travellers not to stay there on a Sunday.

Cons:

We checked in on a Sunday, not knowing that there would be nowhere open to dine anywhere around. The front desk were not very helpful. We ended up taking a taxi to Bonfil which was okay, but in hindsight, we wouldve rather spent more money on a hotel with restaurant. The breakfast area was very loud, with the TV on full blast. Since most guests were foreigners, it wasn't necessary to blast the Mexican national anthem at 8am!
