Buenísimo que tenga un bus para ir y volver del aeropuerto y es muy cerca de éste. El desayuno es muy bueno, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El personal también es muy amable.

La atención del personal excepcional. Especialmente de Leonel. El shuttle gratuito desde y hasta el aeropuerto las 24h es un plus muy importante. Recomiendo para escalas largas.

The room was comfortable but tiny, the breakfast was fantastic, I was impressed 💯
The night staff girl when we arrived was very ignorant and rude. And was there each evening and was equally as rude. No interest in answering queries or helping in any way. She needs some customer care training badly.
There is no fridge in the rooms and there was no coffee making facilities in the rooms ,you've to go downstairs for coffee, air conditioning had no decent control's on it, , it was too hot or it was Baltic.

Nahe am Flughafen und die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, wir sind erst sehr spät eingecheckt (4 Uhr in der Früh) und es war kein Problem. Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.

I could not find the transport shuttle bus
So I will never stay there again

The room was comfortable.
Breakfast: For me was just okay, but for the rest of my group was not satisfying; they did not like it.
The plates and glasses were of recyclable paper... I don't see how beneficial these could be for the environment. The plates were so small that everyone was using at least three. The glasses were covered with a plastic bag... meaning a lot of plastic and at least two paper glasses per person. I would really evaluate this issue.
The location is in the middle of nowhere. We arrived at around 11:00 pm, and it was not possible to eat anything. Luckily, there was a shop, and we grabbed something.
