Helpful staff, good price. Hotel breakfast was very good. Rooms were decently sized.
Appartamentino da due spazioso, letto comodo . Personale gentile, parla pochissimo inglese.
Colazione molto orientata su cibi del posto e poco “internazionale”. Cucina non accessoriata (ho dovuto portare la padella dall’Italia!). La Connessione Internet nelle stanze non prendeva (dotati di e-sim).

Отель расположен недалеко от кольцевой линии метро и из него удобно доехать в любую точку города; большой хороший завтрак с китайскими блюдами; номер с новым ремонтом; в номере стиральная и сушильная машина. Ежедневно давали воду; удобная кровать в номере. Отзывчивый персонал ресепшена.
Весь отель под китайцев: персонал не говорит на английском (но использует переводчик); розетки только китайские - пришлось докупать переходники; все инструкции и надписи в номере на китайском; нет шкафа или полки или места под чемодан, нет даже крючка под полотенце; номер был без окна; несколько раз не убирали номер и не меняли полотенца- ходили на ресепшн и просили поменять полотенца! Кондиционер не регулируется.
The hotel was quote new, it offered really good amenities and breakfast. The room was big and the bed was really comfy.
The staff was also really helpful. They helped us book various attractions as well as take away.
They might not speak perfect English, but with the help of a translator device, we managed to communicate perfectly.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, Beijing is a huge city, and distances between attractions can vary from 45 minutes to more than 1 hr.
The transportation in Beijing is really good.
Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and overall look of the facilities, amenities of the place, local market right at the building.
Super slow internet, no english speaking staff.
Everything about the hotel is great! It is clean, quiet, the staffs are helpful and professional. It is beyond expectation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Beijing.
The staff doesn't really understand English, so if you are foreigners, prepare yourself with a translation app. From then, enjoy everything!
Facilities are new, comfortable and pleasant to use, breakfast delicious, location is fine, about 15 minutes to metro station
Staff doesn’t speak English at all, even for simple words need to use translator, seem not well trained, do not know what they are doing, one lady at reception tried to press some button on my phone in the Alipay app, looking at it like it is something strange with the QR code on my app, it was the first time in 1 week to have such attitude to my payment processing and taking a lot of time at the checkin. When I asked when and where the breakfast will be, another lady said it’s not included in my booking. I needed to show my printed booking confirmation, and she translated it and the agreed that I can eat breakfast. Everything was slow at interactions with the staff, it was hard especially after a long journey and being tired.
The property smells like smoke. Not good for people with asthma
Everything was bad. Me and a group of friends booked 4 rooms in total. 3 of the rooms were not what we booked. When we questioned it and told them that does not match the description or the pictures, we were bluntly told that the prices matched what we paid even if the description or photos didn’t. The rooms were also filled with smoke.
